If you haven't used the Firehouse Rewards App but are a frequent visitor to Firehouse, I highly recommend downloading this ASAP because you will end up with various free items and sandwiches throughout the year. This location is one near where my father-in-law lives, and so we order from here almost weekly, as we have made a fan of Firehouse by our patriarch. I almost always order ahead using the app. The guaranteed time available is prompt and accurate almost always. The service is polite, and if the order is inaccurate or they are out of something, they try to make it right. For fast sandwiches using Boar's Head meat and higher-quality products, this is a location I recommend.

Ordered delivery through Firehouse app, and food never arrived. Got in touch with UberEats, and they told me it was an issue on Firehouse’s side. Called and spoke to very rude woman who denied responsibility and told me to contact UberEats. She then proceeded to put me on hold for upwards of 30 minutes and refused to answer when I called back.
Love the food here, but I will never visit this restaurant or order from them again. Corporate is also impossible to get ahold of. Disputed the charge with my bank since the honorable people here can’t admit a mistake.

Usually we love the food at Firehouse subs but today October 20th. My husband got the meatball sub he enjoyed it, I got the new Turkey cranberry/dressing Sub, very disappointing, too much dressing, not much turkey and was chopped not sliced and very little cranberry sauce on the sandwich nothing like the picture. I would not buy it again. But again we normally like Firehouse subs.

Food was fresh and yummy ?

Something needs to be done by the upper levels on how the management on duty ( a older white female ) was talking down to and yelling at that other workers with a dinning area full of customers. As a firefighter I myself love this company and what they do for the first responder world and just only want the best faces representing them.
