Sandwich took 30 minutes with few people in line, more people working than waiting, did not speed up process once i arrived, manager said I could leave if not happy with wait, estimate on app was 15 minutes, staff not helpful, manager was condescending,

The got me my sandwich amazingly quick and it was delicious!! I love their Streamer Sub. I put their scorpion sauce on it and maybe it extra spicy and then add a bag of jalapeno kettle chips to top it off. Great stuff!!

I've never thought about a sandwich being so great...especially being grannys .number one fan of ..growing up on Grannys famous home grown tomatoes and mayo sandwhich....sorry granny.....but Fire House is where its at. ..! Equal to one another.....granny's 3 ingredient excellence compared to muti= choose of ingredients......equal. ..im definitely a new and life time customer....ever need a new crew member.....let me in.

Food was awesome; service was good. Bathroom was filthy, looked like the sink had never been cleaned. Female worker swept part of the floor in the restaurant that had chips/ food everywhere but didn’t sweep all of it. We were the only people eating in the restaurant.

Parking: It's some times hard to find parking just because there are other restaurants and stores as well around the same shopping center.

Couldn't place an order for 5 subs online because they put a limit on their quantity. That's ridiculous.

The cleanliness of the restaurant is amazing and the friendly disposition of the staff was quite refreshing.

When I got my sandwich, I asked for a plastic bag to put it in. The old lady at the counter got huffy and stated "we usually don't give those out because we use them for other things." When my friend got his sandwich she asked him angrily, " do you need one too?" I don't know why a plastic bag is such a big deal, but there's no need to be rude to customers. Also, WHAT ELSE are you doing with your plastic bags at a sandwich shop??

visiting the ex wife in Tallahassee and i do recommend firehouse subs. yeaa its expensive as heck. but i love the captains club. always come here to this location. the blueberry lemonade is my favorite drink!! great service because they fatten up the sandwiches. not some scrawny subway sandwich lol.

Didn't listen to my order, got it wrong. The bread cut must have happened while blindfolded. Literally skinned the top off, then piled on the wrong toppings. I wish people would take even the slightest amount of pride in what they do for work. I spent $18 and TIPPED YOU, and you still served me that hot garbage. Shame on you!

Waited several minutes and watched workers move from station to station and acknowledge eachother but not us. Didn’t say “one second” hello or anything just we didn’t exist at the counter. All black establishments tend to have that non verbal communication about them. In the food industry being polite goes along way since we all live in separated times

No A/C. Lady that took my order was half asleep and disinterested in taking my order. Avoid this location.
