Parking: It's some times hard to find parking just because there are other restaurants and stores as well around the same shopping center.

Couldn't place an order for 5 subs online because they put a limit on their quantity. That's ridiculous.
The cleanliness of the restaurant is amazing and the friendly disposition of the staff was quite refreshing.

When I got my sandwich, I asked for a plastic bag to put it in. The old lady at the counter got huffy and stated "we usually don't give those out because we use them for other things." When my friend got his sandwich she asked him angrily, " do you need one too?" I don't know why a plastic bag is such a big deal, but there's no need to be rude to customers. Also, WHAT ELSE are you doing with your plastic bags at a sandwich shop??

visiting the ex wife in Tallahassee and i do recommend firehouse subs. yeaa its expensive as heck. but i love the captains club. always come here to this location. the blueberry lemonade is my favorite drink!! great service because they fatten up the sandwiches. not some scrawny subway sandwich lol.

Didn't listen to my order, got it wrong. The bread cut must have happened while blindfolded. Literally skinned the top off, then piled on the wrong toppings. I wish people would take even the slightest amount of pride in what they do for work. I spent $18 and TIPPED YOU, and you still served me that hot garbage. Shame on you!
Waited several minutes and watched workers move from station to station and acknowledge eachother but not us. Didn’t say “one second” hello or anything just we didn’t exist at the counter. All black establishments tend to have that non verbal communication about them. In the food industry being polite goes along way since we all live in separated times
No A/C. Lady that took my order was half asleep and disinterested in taking my order. Avoid this location.

We used to be regular customers here. The food and service are always top notch. The reason why we stopped going is because there appeared to be a roach infestation near the register. I would see multiple roaches by the register on at least three separate occasions. The last time I went there, I pointed the bugs out to the clerk who just ignored the multiple roaches running around the table. It turned my stomach and my daughter's stomach, and so we will no longer go to this restaurant. I considered the possibility that maybe roaches are just flying into the front door at night due to the bright light; however, the fact that I always saw them congregating around the register leads me to believe that there could be a nest near the register. I wish this restaurant the best, because we do love Firehouse!

When I was walking into this store the older female employee just stared at me as I got to the counter. She didn't speak until I spoke. After I ordered my food she began to carelessly throw it around, huff and puff, and then started talking to one of the other employees children instead of being attentive to the customer. She's also a shift manager, sadly. Will not be returning again.

As we walked in laughing the stupid lady behind the counter shushed us like she was our damb mother than I asked for double steamed because I'm FRIKIN PREGNANT and my meat was ice cold. Rude and lousy service today!!!!

When I walked in the door there was no greeting or acknowledgement that me and my mother had entered. There was only a couple seated, two workers and the two of us in the room. We walked to the counter to order and waited patiently for someone to acknowledge us, after a few minutes of us discussing and deciding to go somewhere else the employee behind the counter states “there will be a 45 minute wait, I have eight other online orders to fulfill,” my mother then replies “wouldn’t we take priority since we are standing in front of you?” And she blatantly ignored us and continued to make other orders as we walked out. I completely understand the situation but it should’ve been handled better, she could’ve greeted us to begin with and told us there would be a few minutes wait while she made a few of the orders but she acted as if we were invisible and then bothering her.
