I ordered some food for the my family and I. The order was schedule to be ready at 1925hrs. I arrived early and there were several orders that were made before mine. I finally got my order. 4 hot and specialty subs. 1 was hot and the other 3 were cold. I ordered the Firehouse steak n cheese. My wife got the Italian, it was cold, and my sons got the NY steamer, and the club on the sub. The club on the sub was fine per my oldest son. Well my wife and I have had issues that involve Pepto. We both have gone through nearly and entire bottle after that meal. I like firehouse don't get me wrong. But I will be going to another location rather than this one. We have had consistent issues, with food being picked up cold and it supposed to hot. Or wrong all together. I have reported this issues already. Just be cautious when you order and pick up food from this location. Check your food, before you leave.

Tasty and customizable veggie sub with a broad array of options (raw/cooked veggies, sauces, dressings, spices, condiments).

I ordered extra veggies on my veggie sub and they came through in a big way.

Food is awesome, always has been for as long as I’ve picked up here for years and years.

Owner, you should know that your staff are putting people on hold when NO ONE is in the store. I called to place a pickup order, was placed on hold for 5 minutes. Called again, placed on hold. By this time I was in the parking lot and went inside to place my order. No one was on the phone taking orders, there were 3-4 people working, and 3 customers total in the store. You should know that they’re purposefully not taking call in orders. I like the food so I’m okay with waiting, but man that’s just poor customer service. Side note: the same thing happened to my wife last weekend. I’ll go elsewhere next time just to receive decent customer service.

Rude GM and staff

I ordered online. My diet is restricted a lot so I know it was a bit questionable on my order how to make it. A staff member called me to make sure it was what I wanted. I thought that was nice. The food was good. I really like the gluten free bread! I love the option for “less bread” too. I do wish there was spinach as an option.

Dietary restrictions: It is possible to tweak the dietary needs of most. I really like the gluten free bread. I was glad that it wasn’t a wrap like everyone else has. I felt more like I was eating a sub.

Food was good and cooked as per request. You order at the counter and wait for your name to be called and pick up your food at the counter. The restaurant was clean with sanitizer bottles located directly next to the drinks station. Since Covid, there are no longer communal hot sauce bottles.

They hire children that's always playing over your food while fixing it and they don't pour the water off of the meat while fixing your subs the bread be wet.

They be talking about roaches behind the counter while I got my head phones in thinking I’m not listening ?? nasty place
