Been here twice in the past month. Both times have been exceptionally slow. I can go and sit down at a sit down restaurant faster then I could get my sandwiches. The first time we came in and we waited and waited and waited as sandwiches being made. We’re all for Collin orders and we were sitting there for about 30 minutes waiting for our sandwich to be made the latest time we were the only ones in the store and there are four people working on the sandwiches for them to make five sandwiches took about 15 minutes. I watched them talk and hang out. Definitely would not consider this place if you are not willing to wait a long time for a sandwich.
Need a little update. They were advertising for a French dip sandwich that came with dipping sauce. They did not include it.

Order 2 subs neither one of them had cheese which lI thought was automatically, the manager I think fixed them I ordered extra mayo on hook and ladder the sub was terrible had so much mayo every time he picked it up it fell apart everything fell out he end up throwing it away call and talk to the manager to me who was rude and didn't care also everywhere we get subs my husband get extra mayo we get them from here all the time the sub hasn't ever been like this where he threw it away he actually feel like it was done on purpose

Was told you know we close at 9? And then telling customers who are eating they have 8 mins til we close? Terrible customer service and not a good way for business!
