Part of food was cold, penne pasta had smoky taste unusual for marinara, server was nice, but he neglected to put ice in tea twice, failed to bring child's broccoli, other broccoli was overcooked. Not a good experience. Had to give one child dinner when we got home.Adjusted bill, but not relaxing or good dining.

I had family in town, we decided to do a late brunch so I called & asked what time brunch ended w/ bottomless mimosas; the girl said 3:00. Got there about 1:30. After ordering & waiting on our slow, inexperienced waiter to refill our 1st glass, we asked another waitress to assist; she told us it was last call on mimosas at 2. When speaking with the manager about his staff giving us in accurate info & asking if we could at least get a pitcher of mimosa to make this right, he just blamed his new & in experiences staff; he basically told us we should’ve checked their Facebook & social media pages first. And still charged us for one regular priced mimosas! The food was just ok, not worth the money w/o the mimosas!! We could’ve went somewhere else had the staff provided accurate info!! Will never go here again, or refer anyone! Wait of time & money!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to The Flying Bear. We sat at the bar to enjoy a libation and to eat, which was quite entertaining. Our meals were good, but the service and hospitality was excellent. The menu is a bit limited for those who don’t eat gluten, but it’s doable.

The server Arial was awesome. The people are very nice. The food was awesome. We will definitely come here again. We had Shrimp and Grits, Breakfast Pie, and Breakfast Tacos. The grits and french toast are the best we have ever had in our lives.

Food always good. Ask for burgers about one temperature higher than you really want. Wait staff courteous and friendly. Food delivery was good considering the burgers we ordered are cooked upon order. Overall, very good, family friendly place.

You are greeted personally & heartily at the door by the owner himself. The waitstaff is excellent. Drinks are available & Food is excellent! Kodiak salmon with sour peach barbeque is a supreme treat! Kids had a great time coloring the Flying Bear to display in the restaurant so everyone had a great experience.

The salmon was very good but the green beans and taters weren't hot. The service was great. It was really loud at first with the music, then someone turned it down. The salad was good but needed more romaine and less boring cheap lettuce.
