When I get blood work done I always smell something amazing. I’ve been wanting to try this place for quite some time. I decided to give it a try. I ordered the caprese melt and it was delicious. Everyone in there was friendly and smiling. There are many options on the menu. I can’t wait to try another sandwhich!

Always fresh and tasty. I love the Asian cabbage salad. Full of fresh raw veggies and the peanut dressing is perfect for it.

A "hidden gem" of Tallahassee. Extremely fresh ingredients (also, large food portions) and a wonderful, friendly service staff, always. Eat in or pick-up has never failed to deliver!

The cutest location with nice indoor and outdoor seating available. The salads are huge and incredible, the sandwiches are so delicious - my favorite being the jammin. I've also had the mac&cheese and tomato bisque which were both amazing. 10/10

I was the sole diner at breakfast. They deserve to have a line going out the door.

The atmosphere is very pleasant. Really good prices, affordable and with an interesting menu. Salads are actually good, however, part of the reason the prices are affordable is because they don’t season their food. I’ve tried different “melts” to see if one of them is good, but I always end up disappointed. Even the mac and cheese one is bland. If I have to season my own food I might as well make my own.Tried a Shroom melt today, comes with Poached eggs, roasted red pepper, red onion, sautéed portabella, spinach and melted sharp cheddar, none of it was seasoned. I took a bite of the first half and it was bland, so I ate the other half by trying each individual ingredient to see if I was delusional; I wasn’t.When sautéing mushrooms, don’t butter the pan, you just heat it up, toss them in, wait a bit, SALT them (it brings out the water in the mushroom to cook better) THEN you put some butter and some seasoning. Poached eggs but no salt or pepper (minimum requirement), spinach that was just blanched or maybe sautéed but again, no season or salt to wring out excess moisture. First time I’ve ever tasted peppers with no flavor. Even the sharp cheddar was bland given that the poached eggs is running over it and all the other ingredients are draped over it mostly wet-ish which makes the cheddar dull. At least it only cost me $10. I’d be mad if I paid more.I’ll keep going to Metro Deli even if more expensive.

Overall, my experience was great. I got a good walk there and back from the doctor's office and it was nice.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Waited one hour for 2 salads when we were told it would take 20 minutes and the workers were extremely rude.

The food is generally excellent, however the customer service leaves something to be desired. This is one of my regular lunch spots and it would get 5 stars if they could improve their timing/service. Even when ordering takeout, food is regularly 15-20 minutes behind schedule. They often only have one person working at the front and when new takeout orders get brought out from the back, there is no communication. Multiple times now, my order has been brought out but the cashier doesn’t notice it, or doesn’t check quickly because they are dealing with walk-ins. All in all I like the food, I just wish it was a better experience.

I love this place! I get the Hooper every time and it’s delicious. They have great coffees too — lots of flavors to add to lattes!Only thing I would change is to add the option to leave a tip with cards. So many people don’t carry cash anymore and employees would probably take home a lot more for their work if we could leave card tips.

Ordered the $5 egg and cheddar and was merrily surprised at the generous size! Pleasant service and lightning fast cooking.

Such a peaceful, quiet spot perfect for breakfast. Coffee is good and food is simple yet delicious. I enjoyed the ambiance and mostly the quietness in the morning. Service is quick and easy. I was so full after eating my avocado melt sandwich, which kept me good to start the day.

10% off if you check in here. The kitchen is located by a women's clinic and pharmacy and medical center, not the kind of plaza I was expecting it to be located at. Seems like an odd choice for a restaurant location, rent must be cheaper here, then again the workers and patients are all potential customers too. You order at the counter, name will be called from the counter to pick up your tray of food. Menu board is on the wall. More folks get carry out here, maybe perhaps due to the unconventional and not so cool location. People watching here makes you feel creepy staring at folks going to the women's clinic or the pharmacy to grab a Rx. It's not that packed inside the dining area, but they do have outside seating it seems. They have a build your own melt sandwich, that's a good idea. We ordered an latte with almond milk (no oat milk here), Asian peanut cabbage crunch salad, buffalo club with bacon on the side and a turkey Rueben sandwich, a bottle of Simply Lemonade and two bags of Miss Vickie's jalapeño kettle chips. $58.76 before they credited me $12.35 for the second buffalo club sandwich I didn't order. Be sure to check on your order if it runs long. This poor older man was getting quite agitated and told the staff he's been waiting for his carry out sandwich for 40 minutes. They found his order on a rack out front in a bag ready for him. Check your order is correct. I had ordered one buffalo chicken sandwich, but was charged for two of them. Napkins and flatware are by the fountain machine, self-serve here. The Asian peanut cabbage crunch salad looks okay, but it's quite boring. The dressing tastes like watered over the salad with a hint of peanut butter. It's quite lack luster for me. The buffalo chicken club with bacon on the side is a full sized breast of chicken, had in my mind that it would be deli meal, the real breast is better, but it was underwhelming for me. The turkey Rueben sandwich is their better menu item and the best out of our food order. The Rye is slightly toasted, but still soft as you bite into it. The kraut is plentiful as is the turkey deli meat stack. A bit more of the dressing would make it better for sure. It's still a good sandwich.

Wasn’t even able to eat here. They were out of everything but then tried to sub stuff on our salads that we didn’t even want. They brought out a completely wrong salad and tried to make me take that one instead. Waiting forever for the “right” one, in which the same wrong salad was brought out and we were told they didn’t have the ingredients for the other one. Ridiculous.
