First time there and reviews I've read were spot on. Food was amazing. I had the shrimp dinner with grits and coleslaw and my husband had the porkchop dinner with mashed potatoes and brocolli. Both were cooked perfectly.We will be going back. When you first pull in it doesn't look like a lot of parking but there is tons of parking in the back and the parking lot connects with a back road so easy exiting.

Just had dinner and it was fantastic. My daughter has the catfish fillet dinner and said that the fish melted in her mouth. I got the fish sandwich with fries and it was delicious. Portions were very generous. Price was very reasonable. Sweet tea was the best I have had in years! My daughters tried mine and ordered their own.

I have been waiting. Alone. For 30 minutes.Granted, I'll cut some slack. It's Valentine's Day. I don't think this place is a romantic getaway for that sort of thing. It looks like it's been made out of a rundown building that didn't have air conditioning so now they have fans blasting so loud I can't even hear the TV. They're probably understaffed because they all have lovie-dovies out and about on this blessed holiday, and probably making out at restaurants and hotels while they leave the poor single lady alone to man the stations.But the food? It's good. The shrimp is cooked with bold spices and bursts with flavor in every bite. The fried fish is excellent as well; I've been to places where the oil and batter overpower the fish to the point it basically tastes like bland, disgusting glop. The cook here knows what they're doing. Same can be said about the fries, the hushpuppies, and the corn. All around a well done meal.In summary: this is a hidden gem. Go here.

This was my 3rd time here and I love getting my fish from here. They give a great amount of food which is a plus. They did overcook my sweet potato fries but overall the food is great. I had the grilled catfish, zucchini & squash. As well as 6 piece chicken strips.
