I finally got to try this food truck yesterday, and it was amazing. I ordered boiled peanuts, the okra, and a chicken po boy. There were at least 7 pieces of chicken on that sandwich fried to perfection. She let me taste the okra to make sure it was fried to liking, and it was also perfect. We enjoyed the shrimp po boy (cooked perfectly), corn nuggets (excellent) and the oh so delicious collards! Highly recommend this wonderful treasure! Happy to have her in our community (Fort Braden).
