I am a regular here and the food and service is always so good! I usually have Leah, but today I had Roxanne and she was amazing. She’s so sweet! Highly recommend either of them if you come here.

Gordos has a nice atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good meal. The service was excellent and our waitress was so cool that she even gave me two of their signature Gordos plastic cups, which I will be passing along to my FSU friends living in DC. The food is authentic and flavorful, with the picadillo being absolutely top notch. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving real Cuban food.

Took over an hour to get four sandwiches, which were less than average.
Fries were extremely salty, the steak sandwich was soggy and the server told us “I can’t go back there and cook your food” when we asked why it was taking so long. It was almost comical.
We were recommended to go there because I guess it’s well-known, but we should have read the reviews.
Management should really pay attention to the reviews before this place goes downhill.

Put a to go order in said get there in 20 minutes did that. They had me sitting in there for an additional hour without any communication. Aweful service
Extremely long wait time, no bacon on my bbq bacon burger, fries taste over cooked and not well seasoned, I’d recommend going to the Northside one if anything
