Granny's Fried chicken

Normally when I come here in the afternoon the young lady have the food fresh and cooked just right . I just picked up my food today it was a older lady my food was soooo dry like it had no sauce on it then it was hard and looked old like it had been sitting up and not cooked to order . I had 10 mild wings the fries was ok . I returned with food to get sauce to pour on the wings she tried to charge me for the sauce knowing the food was old and dry with no sauce . Very disappointed waste of $ I just threw the food away I normally don’t leave reviews but I was pissed

I ordered catfish and shrimp and what they gave me was not catfish. I’m so disappointed. I spent $20. The fish taste like whiting or cod doesn’t smell like catfish taste like it or look like it. There’s no number to call and there’s a sign on their window that says something about refunds I didn’t read it, but I need my money back because they can have this. I used to go to this place and get catfish years ago and it was delicious. Not sure what’s going on now.

Stopped here on my lunch break. customer service was nice and friendly! Food was great! The shrimp had nice flavor and good sized. Fries were seasoned well. I will definitely be back to try more items.

They are always quick! Food is great! Food is always hot! and the mixed lemonade...is everything! 3rd time eating here, always satisfied! 10/10 you see the truck go ahead and get in line.

Service was awesome and food was freshly cooked. Definitely was the best wings I’ve eaten in a long time! Very satisfied with the whole process!

Ordered a burger and it was definitely a frozen patty heated up and fries had no flavor.

This food truck used to come to my apartment. So i'm not sure this truck is same truck. But I think this is same thing. My experience in my apartment was that staff was so nice and kind, friendly. She gave us four sauce. In the food truck, there was clean. I ate good potato fries and chicken, shrimps. I enjoyed food with my family.

I was told it's better to go when the older woman is present. I was referred to the food truck off of Appalachee and chaires cross rd and sadly I was disappointed... maybe I came at a bad time or the server ( a younger girl) was having a bad day. I'll gladly give another one of their locations a visit...
