Ground Ops Roastery and Bakery is an adorable coffee shop that has the all-American vibe.
There's a nice variety of bakery items to choose from as well as coffee options. I ordered the latte with oatmilk and vanilla flavor. It was pretty good, the flavor was slightly smokey and smooth. It's worth trying out if/when in the area.

Ground Ops is the best! Amazing service, amazing coffee and amazing food! We have loved everything we tried but the Hello Cakes are our favorite (we ordered in bulk for the desert bar at our wedding and they were a huge hit). They also have a ton of gluten free baked goods and they are the best in town!

Ordered an espresso and french press. The espresso was full bodied with chocolate/nutty tasting notes. The French press left something to be desired sadly.

I've been here multiple times and it's always been a great experience. Their pastries are always fresh and their coffee is served at the perfect temperature, never scalding hot. Today we got the peach cobbler cinnamon roll and the apple pie cinnamon roll. Both were delicious.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Chris, at GroundOps Roastery + Bakehouse, for hosting our homeschool co-op!
I called and asked if Chris would be interested in hosting our co-op, to explain the daily ins and out of owning this business, and he absolutely delivered!!!
The entire staff was wonderful, the restaurant was clean and well maintianed (we got a GOOD upclose look at alllll the stuff), and seemed to run like a well oiled machine. Chris was so patient and kind, answering everyone's questions with genuine interest and attention, regardless of how many times he had already heard the same question (kids lol.)
I just wanted to share with you all this truly fantastic experience. And, of course, encourage you to go by and see Chris and his crew for delicious pastries, marvelous coffee and outstanding customer service!!
