It's Gutheries! The food is generally always good. Unfortunately, the place was severely understaffed on the day we visited so the only front end employee was doing everything from serving the front counter to managing drive thru to cleaning. The women's bathroom was out of service and the only available bathroom was dirtier than a bathroom in a dive bar.

I was here and the man in the drive thru was so rude and hostile towards me. I have a hearing disorder and couldn’t understand over the speaker. I explained that, but he refused to help, sighed loudly, and got this an angry tone with me, even though I offered to pull up and park as to not hold up a line(not that anyone was behind me). omg! you have to do your job?!?? no way?? I’m not very confrontational so I just apologized and said i’d go, then drove away with nothing. kind of disappointed, didn’t expect to be starved today!! this is the employee with the three cross face tattoos for reference. refusal to provide a reasonable accommodation felt like blatant disrespect and discrimination against a customers with a disabilities. I mean no hate to the business, as I never got to even try the food but I mean your employees are your business so…

This box combo was the worst thing I’ve ever had in my life over the course of 10 years. My friend and I ate Guthrie‘s last night and what we thought was a delicious meal turned out to be us waking up this morning with stomach ulcers, we’ve been suffering and sick all day. I promise I’ll never eat at this place again shut it down.

Came to this location this morning online it says it opens at 1030 but got here and it said 11. Cool no problem. We left and didn’t want to come back right at 11 just to not be those people so we came back at 11:15. The guy and woman working watched us walking in and proceeded to walk to the back to “hide” we stood there for a little while until we had to ask if they were open. It’s 1120 at this point they told us they were not open but then told us we could go ahead and order. Definitely didn’t expect this type of service on a Sunday. Hope this gets better soon.
