Nostalgia. Memories and Rhe Famous, Gutt BOX. Pulled up at 2AM and knew I'd get a standardized chicken fingers and crinkled fries. It's not gourmet, but hits the spot every time. When I'm in Tallahassee, I'm stopping by Guthries.
I had stopped here never having giving patronage to this establishment before I had heard great things so I was ready to try it out and on my way home from work after a long day I had decided to get my girlfriend and I have something to eat so I got two chicken finger boxes and some side to go with it by the time I had gotten all the way home however much to our displeasure I had discovered that half of my chicken was under done and not a good thing. And hers was the same way but because of the distance I just did not have the time or energy to try to go back unfortunately I am now out the cash that I paid and have had to endure being scorned when I try to do something nice and unfortunately I would have loved to go back but I just can't see myself doing so unless something changes.

This location needs to be shut down immediately. It has went down so much within the past year. The prices are sky high for no reason. The food is trash. The service is terrible. I ordered a kids meal today when I got to the window she already had the bag ready. Immediately that lets a customer know that the food is not fresh. They literally took two burnt chicken strips and cut them up almost in nugget shapes with some soggy nasty fries. The chicken was so dry!! I was chewing it forever. When I tell you, I am pissed.Even the bread was burnt. And had the nerve to charge $9.25. If I didn’t make it back to work already, I would have went back and threw that entire play through the window. I will never support them again. If you read this review, do not eat from this location. With Chick-fil-A temporarily closed across the street, their line should have been wrapped around the corner, but now I see why it wasn’t. Waste of money & time and they have increased the prices for no good reason at all.. the food actually went down with higher prices. Whoever runs that location should be ashamed.

This is ridiculous all 5 of my tenders look like deformed chicken nuggets. So small , bite sized… Waste of money and time, I suggest raising canes instead.

My sister recommended Guthrie's to me because she used to enjoy it when she attended a local university. I decided to order online for pickup and eat on my way home, as my area doesn’t have this food establishment. Unfortunately, the customer service was horrible. I wasn’t greeted when I arrived or when I left; I was only asked for my name and handed my food. The bathroom area seemed to be blocked for some reason, but there was no sign indicating that it was out of use. Additionally, the chicken tenders tasted as if they were cooked in old grease. I was not impressed and will have to think carefully about whether to try another establishment in the future.

Awful food, awful people...I had to throw it all away except the drink. Not good when you only have thirty minutes to eat, and not get a point from your boss for running late back to work. I wish it was only one time, but every time I try to give this dump a chance they are pathetic at everything to do with both customer service and fried food. Avoid this chain!
