The food is good. What isn’t though are all the black people screaming at the top of their lungs and the usual Hispanic with an Edgar cut breathing on your neck. They make this restaurant sound as loud as a Taylor Swift concert full of your average white girl. I was waiting for my food and was almost steamrolled by Lizzo! Don’t come past 12 am.

Food was alright, nothing special. I have never encountered an employee so horrible at customer service, just insanely rude. Just cross the street to Chick Fil A and get better food, and decent customer service. No reason to come here.

Ordered online delivery. Food not done, everything undercooked including the phuckin toast ?.Old azz slaw! I call ask for a manager "they ain't got one".Ask who I'm speaking too " Jazmine". I let her know the issue, "I ain't da cook but um you can come back up here".Pitch I ordered and paid for delivery so I wouldn't have to!!! Who in the hell runs this foodtrap??? The last two times I’ve gotten a gut box. The chicken strips have been ridiculously small and the fries weren’t done at all. If all you serve pretty much is chicken strips and french fries, how you can’t even get those two right? Oh, and then what is up with the sauce? Is there a new recipe? That is not the same sauce that I’ve grown used to over the last 20 years? I’ve spent so much money at Guthrie‘s over the years and don’t think I’ll be going back. I mean seriously how you can’t get fried french fries, right?????

Messed up my order Friday night. Rude staff, missing chicken fingers.Called this morning (Monday) to try to speak to upper management. They said they couldn’t help me out , replace my chicken fingers , cold fries because it has to be within 48 hours.I was out of town this weekend and wanted to talk to a manager on the weekdays.Wouldn’t recommend.I’m from Texas , guess tally people aren’t as friendly as us Texans ?
