The attitude is crazy, my first time at guthries.. the guy who brought out my order made it obvious he was annoyed. Felt very uncomfortable. We should just stick to canes, better service and same exact food but canes is the better staple anyway, why waste your time with bad service.

I've always been a big fan of Guthrie's, but this visit was a big disappointment. The location I went to is a drive through only location, so there was no atmosphere to speak of. It took a few minutes to get my food, but the food was piping hot and appeared to have been freshly prepared. When I got home though, I noticed that the chicken pieces were fairly smaller than I remembered and the coating on them was soggy and not crispy at all. If there was seasoning it wasn't evident. The bread was thick and not very hot either. No flavor there to speak of either. The cole slaw wasn't bad, but certainly not the best I have eaten. Overall, I wasn't impressed and don't see a return trip in my future.

Service can be iffy, usually fine though, and they really do a great job with the food. At least every time I’ve been there. Guthrie’s is a 3-4 times a year guilty pleasure/nostalgia meal for me, and this location always nails it.
