I stop here often on my way to work for at least a couple of Chicken tenders on my way to or from work. The chicken is always excellent and the service is mostly good. Today it was great 👍 I only got a couple of things but the guy was super nice and so good I called after I left and asked for his name, which was Carlos. Super great job Mr Carlos. Thank you for doing your job the way all customer service should be. 🙌 God bless y'all 🙏🏻

So today was my very first and my very last time going to this location! The fries were a little hard, but I can overlook that! What I CAN'T OVERLOOK is the person whos taking my order talking like she really doesn't have the time or interest in what she's doing. As I was unlocking my debit card to pay, I noticed how she was rolling her eyes and looking troubled as the person behind me was placing their order. I handed her my card and she took it in a manner that didn't sit well with me! She didn't snatch it, but her demeanor was not pleasant. I asked her was she ok because now I'm about to tell her to keep the food and give me my card! I reminded her that's she's a customer service representative REGARDLESS of what her actual job title is. She told me that she didn't have days off! I advised her that I understand but her gestures and the way she's responding is going to cause her conflict with a customer that's not as nice as me. I told her that I work in customer service and even behind a desk I would not carry on like that! She was about to close the window while I was talking but I kept talking because I wanted her to understand that her tone and mood can cause her to get the same energy! Nobody made her apply for that job and regardless of how tired she was for not having days off she still has an obligation to the customers and that is to provide customer service! I don't know who owns or runs this place but if you need me to provide a customer service etiquette course for FREE I'd be happy to do so! I don't have PHDs and all of that but I have common sense! I absolutely love customer service and what you expect when you're the actual customer should be the exact service that you provide when you're the customer service representative! I work close by so this location is convenient but this young lady's attitude will definitely keep me away! Something tells me that she's always this way because you don't justify wrong you just learn from the mistakes and do better! This seems normal for her!
