Say at the bar and ordered 5 wings, fries, and 2 mimosas. The wings were good and cooked crispy as I asked. My first mimosa was flat and it took the waiter 25 min to return so that I could order another. 30 min later I had to flag her down just to ask for the check. Ass a result, I didn't tip this specific waitress. The next day, I woke to a email notification stating that the waitress I DIDN'T tip gave herself a 65 percent tip. I promptly called the manager to inform her that I would be alerting the Police if this wasn't rectified. Instead of just giving me the stolen tip money back, the manager reimbursed the cost of my entire order. It's a shame that on my first and only visit to Hangar 38, the bar tender tried ripping me off. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

Had a great time spent over $250 and they automatically put gratuity tip on my bill, I explained to the young man it was only $38. He did such a good job. I was going to give him a $50 bill but since you already applied it I will not pay no more. I should have refused to pay that I get it. Most people don't give a good tip. You don't have to worry about us coming back because of that. To be honest that really messed my night up.

On 10/24/25 I wanted to recharge my game card at 1124 the manager specifically said they were closing soon and would not accommodate As it was more than 30 minutes before midnight I found this both surprising and disappointing The man walking around cleaning was very kind to me though. He is tbe only reason I gave more than one star. He is the carrying all the stars.

I took my son and a friend here to play the arcade games and got a card for an hour of play... unfortunately half of them were out of order. The air hockey didn't work, the pong game didn't work, quickshot didn't work, step mania only played one player and not two and several others were down also. Please fix the arcade games!!!

Got the one hour bowl and 20$ game card. You don't get to play all the games with the card just certain ones and the one hour card doesn't allow you to redeem your prize. My family and I were highly disappointed with this establishment.
