We drove through for lunch and the food is always hot and fresh. Their original bag meal deal is great!! I got 2 double cheese burgers, fries and a drink for about $8. You can't beat this deal!!!

Growing Determination
Everything was SALTY except the fries. I got the 2 for $6 double cheese burger and spicy chicken sandwich and i could literally taste my blood pressure going up with each forced bite. It was insufferable; even tried eating it with the fries, but I couldn’t even finish it. The ice also tasted weird. Kinda sad cause I was really craving Hardee’s and haven’t had it since I was pregnant in 2019

Shoutout to Ms. Aree! She is by far one of the best people I’ve ever met. She’s always so nice and just in a good mood. I pass other Hardee’s on my daily commute into Tallahassee and stop at this one because of how nice she always is.
The early morning customer service at this location 5818 N Monroe St is warm and friendly. Especially Aree, she has the best attitude and out going personality. My order is always correct when she is there.
While the afternoon staff has an overall general lack of interest in helping customers. I will continue to visit this location in the mornings and I highly recommend it.

Let’s start this with background knowledge- I am VERY familiar with this location. I come through after I get off working overnights at least once a week on my way home for breakfast. I have NEVER had an experience like I did today. I get there, and two different people tell me they will be with me in a moment. I patiently waited with no problem for about 4-5 minutes. I am sure they were overwhelmed, so that was okay. I had an offer in the app, for a free maple biscuit with a $5 purchase, the code had to be scanned at the window. When I got to the window I asked to also add a order of hash browns. She (Areale N) scans the code, I pay. I look at my receipt, and the price for the maple biscuit was not taken off. I mention this, and Areale is immediately defensive like this is something to argue about? She tried to tell me that the $1.99 did come off, and when I proved her wrong, she was EXTREMELY rude. I even told her that I was not trying to go back and forth I am simply letting her know. She said that she would have had to scan the code again after ringing up the hash browns and calls for the manager who took my order to come over (Aliyas)
The manager did not even ask what was going on. He immediately sided with his very unprofessional employee and said he was going to refund it. I assumed he was referring to the Maple Biscuit that was supposed to be free. He hands me all of my money back and closes the window in my face. I have NEVER had an experience like this at Hardee’s. I have always had great customer service, but I have also never seen those two.
