I decided to have something different for breakfast and tried Hardee's. I had not been here in years (since they removed the smoked sausage biscuit from their menu). I had the candied bacon biscuit, and it was yummy! I will definitely be back. If you haven't tried it, give it a try. Bon Appétit!

Waited at drive thru over 5 minutes, finally pulled around and got someone's attention. I was then told it was shift change and noone had the headset. No apology was offered, nor did she attempt to take my order. Guess I know not to go back again.

When I pulled into the parking lot the place looked closed. No cars at all.I was going to circle around and leave but then I saw the drive thru menu was lit up. I placed an order for 2 combo meals. I was taken aback by the price. 28 bucks to two people to eat fast food. Well I agreed to the purchase, my wife made the request so I made the order. The fries tasted like they had been pre cooked then dropped a second time to re-heat. The burgers were extremely salty. A real disapointment .

This was the third time our order was missing an item. Because it had happened twice before i checked our bag before heading out the store and sure enough one of the sandwiches was missing. When i approached someone there about it, the employee who had taken our order claimed that the sandwich was missing because he had not billed me for it, which in fact he HAD. Eventually we got the last sandwich without having to pay extra.
Breakfast is tasty, the egg portions are a bit lacking.

I didn't receive what I ordered. I could have gone back, but it was raining alot. I went through drive through, they didn't have an awning and when trying to give payment and getting my order the the inside of my door got soaked. The young lady that was at the window was very nice.

I had to drive around and go through the drive-through again to add one sandwich to my order. I was then asked to pull up and wait for the sandwich after I had already paid. This is poor service. Please ensure that your employees are trained on how to add additional items to a drive-through order.
