Hip Hop Fish & chicken

I got the chicken wing dinner. It was fresh and hot. The staff members are nice and get orders out quickly.

The fried chicken was not very seasoned. The staff was really nice but didn't realize they missed giving us the bread and coleslaw until we were back at the hotel. Very disappointed and not sure we would recommend to others to try.

Might as well go fishing and slaughter a chicken yourself. Extremely sloooooooow service.

I promise if I could’ve left a -5 star review for personality and customer service I would’ve this poor owner doesn’t deserve the customer service he’s getting and we don’t either my order was $35 gave it to no problem. Nobody motivated not even concerned about nothing got home that’s not a big order. Got home. No sauces. Nothing called three locations. Nobody could assist me in anyway one lady said oh. I never eat my shrimp or fish with any sauces that was a customer service representative. I just am saddened for this owner.

I just love Miss Mary. She has a great personality. Great customer service. She members have customers and what they like. I come to here every day to eat between two and four and she is just the best.

They take to long they say you’re food be ready in a few minutes but it’s not but overall the food is good though

I have been going to hip-hop for years and once they open the one on Apalachee Parkway that's where I've been going since they've been open I go once or twice a week because I work right there by them One day one of the girls gave my order to the car in front of me So once I got back to my job they gave me the wrong order today I went and got a cheesesteak Philly with fries it had hair in it two pieces of hair black hair short hair which I called back up there she told me bring it back so once I got back I brought the food back then she refused to give me my money back cause I didnt want the
To remake food for me which I see one of the guys outside with black short hair I never seen him with hairnet I would never ever support them ever again and the girl was window was Arabian she was rude .. Then she tried to take a picture of me and my car tag!!!! But I will be calling the health department!!!

Went up to get gizzards one of chicks up there with the QoS tat on her neck must no like when you don't pay her any attention because 3 hours later I'm feeling sick to my stomach. It killed it for me.
