Hobbit American Grill

I came In after ordering my wings they arrive less than 3 minutes later cold and missing half of the sauce. I asked if the wings could be remade and I was greeted by the General manager Leo (at least that's who he told me he were) Leo told me no I couldn't. Smh thats crazy im paying for for the food I could've chosen any wing place to eat at but I chose here. A waste of money and time. Hobbit was my go to place but never again.

We had a great time at Hobbit’s on Pensacola. Our server, Lola, was amazing! She was so incredibly kind. She was very friendly and attentive. She 100% contributed to our experience. I sincerely hope she’s given a raise. Thank you, Lola!

Johnny boy saved my child from a burning building

.5 stars because Johnny wouldn't spit in our food, food terrible because they don't serve spaghetti in a basket! Worst hobbit ever!

Ordered a grilled cheese, simple enough? But there is definitely somebody that can ruin it. This Hobbit. As well as your entire meal by charging a 20% tip for 4 adults (not 6 as posted on their wall)! Gotta pay one way or another said the moody waiter... We paid. And won't be back.

Food sucked..waiter got an attitude....a party of 4..an they charged us 20% even though it said on the sign party of 6 will be 20%...hope they enjoy my tip.....

I just had the worst experience of my life in a restaurant here. Me and my family came here to eat on two separate checks. The food was good but when our waiter brought our checks both checks were charged a 20% gratuity despite each check being under 10 people. When we inquired about it the waiter was extremely rude and told us it wasn't his fault that we spilt the check and that we had to get over it. The manager was just as rude. I don't care how good the food was we will never be back. I didn't get the manager's name but the waiter's name was John and I truly hope you don't have to be served by him

Well, I'm not really a person who review restaurants, but it's worth coming to eat here because the food is incredible and I recommend that when you arrive you ask to be served by Donald, since this waiter served us with a lot of energy, he was very charming and made a very good connection with me and my family. Service 10/10.

If you're considering this spot for Sunday football, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. The food was disappointing – cold fries and lackluster flavors overall. When I mentioned the fries were cold, the staff asked if I wanted them "re-dropped," which was confusing; I just wanted fresh, hot fries. The atmosphere was far from welcoming, and it was difficult to tell who was a server versus other guests. Additionally, the cleanliness left much to be desired, which now makes sense given my wife's hesitation to come here in the first place.
