We went during a busy lunch hour and still got great food. The Philly fries and chicken strips were delicious. We will definitely be back soon to try more stuff on the menu.

Very bad experience on 3/3/25. After talking up how good Hobbit is for wings and burgers to my co-workers, we arrived with 45+ minute cook times during lunch and even worse, customers having arrived after us got served BEFORE us. Not only was I embarrassed for this recommendation, I also felt bad for the other patrons that waited just as long without notice that they would be awaiting almost an HOUR after giving their food orders. Simply put, you all need to do better. This was the WORST dining experience I've had in years and have worked in hospitality. I don't care if you are understaffed, alert your customers of appropriate expectations, DON'T hide this fact from them. My co-worker asked for a manager that never came out and we only had (10) minutes left to eat and get back to our workplace. Yes, I tipped my server well, but I don't expect to ever come back after this awkward and embarrassing experience.

Got in no one said hi how can I help you nothing. I had to ask so we set ourselves. A lady looked and said oh yeah seat yourself. So we did. Another group came in sat down after us and she went and took their orders. Never came to us or said anything. Other workers just standing around looking on their phones. So we left and went to Buffalo Wild Wings were they wanted to serve us. Was looking forward to the blue cheese from y'all but you absolutely didn't want us there.

(A slow friday night )Look I'm sick and tired of waiting 40 min to an hour for food , it's crazy how down hill a place can go and still stay in business.. I hope yall close down and they open a pet store , they would have better service
Owner needs to fire the manager, clearly need improvement in the kitchen for years and can't get it done

I’ve been eating here for years. But over the past few months, the quality of the food and the service has really gone down. There have been multiple times in which my order was wrong or it wasn’t cooked properly. It’s never been a problem for them to fry my wings extra crispy (until now). There have been many times where I did not send food back or return it even when the flavors were wrong or the wings were not fried extra crispy. But after yesterday’s experience, I have to say something. I ordered 30 wings last night and requested for them to be fried extra crispy. This cost $60. Pretty expensive for only 30 wings wouldn’t you agree? Once my food was out, I checked my wings at the counter and yet again, they were the wrong flavors and the chicken was not fried hard at all and looked more flabby than usual. If I’m paying $60, the least they could do is get the flavors right. And I also don’t think it’s too much to ask to let the wings fry a little longer so that they’re crispy.
These mishaps are happening way too often. This place used to have the best wings in town but now they’re average at best on a good day.

Completely unacceptable to order lunch for your boss & coworkers online at 1030 am. Salad, 6 wings and a cheeseburger meal. Nothing fancy.

Still sitting here at 1203.
Never again.

$0.99 wings on Tuesday and Thursday! I haven't eaten there in years, saw ads, and a sign and had been trying to get time! Got time! Excellent! Ordered Xtra to take home for later.

Hell, I am a fellow wing lover, but these did not meet my expectations. Luckily there was this little worker boy named Bryce Mansfield. When I felt his presence around me, I could feel my saliva in my mouth drip with flavor, with each bite tasting better and better.

Kid-friendliness: I would have a kid with Bryce

Horrible service and ghetto. BEWARE hobbit is not what it use to be. They wouldn’t even come take our order. I think it’s time they close shop.

We got wings and onion rings. Wings were delicious and came out quickly. They aren’t served with anything, not even celery or carrots. Onion rings cost $8 and I think we only got 8. Probably wouldn’t order those again, but overall we enjoyed the restaurant and will return.
