Found this hidden gem one day and I love that place. The service is top tier the wine is absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is just everything. That is going to be my new to go place. If you are a wino then you definitely need to go here.

Stopped by Hummingbird on a night out. We loved the chill vibe and atmosphere. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We happened to come in when the neon light was on, so we were able to try some staff picks. We will definitely be back!

A Hidden Gem for Wine Lovers and Food Enthusiasts

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hummingbird Wine Bar, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere struck the perfect balance between cozy and sophisticated—dim lighting, warm accents, and a welcoming sense of nature..

The wine list is clearly curated with care, featuring a well-rounded selection of both familiar favorites and intriguing finds. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to ask about our preferences before offering a few thoughtful suggestions. We ended up trying a bottle of Valliant which was absolutely perfect—smooth, nuanced, and paired beautifully with our charcuterie board.

Speaking of the food: the charcuterie selection was exceptional. Each component—from the creamy, tangy cheeses to the expertly sliced cured meats—was fresh and high quality. I especially appreciated the attention to detail: house-made spreads, edible flowers with just the right amount of bite, and fresh, crusty bread that held up well to all the toppings.

What made the evening stand out even more was the service. Attentive without being overbearing, the staff made us feel like regulars, even though it was our first visit. They genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do, and that energy added to the overall charm of the place.

Whether you’re looking for a low-key date night spot or a cozy place to catch up with friends over a glass (or two) of wine, Hummingbird Wine Bar hits the mark. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Tried some excellent Greek wines, which were also exceptional values. In addition, the burger special and house salad were absolutely delicious. Caitlin and the rest of the staff took great care of us. We love Hummingbird Wine Bar!

Went with family Saturday night and had a great experience. Our server Caitlyn was very friendly and knowledgeable of their menu and recommended a few options, like the delicious asparagus soup. The owner was very gracious and down to earth and gave our dog a treat. A hidden gem in Tally. Highly recommend for couples night out.

I’ve been here a few times and I’ve always experienced good service. The staff is very knowledgeable concerning their wine selection, and they have a good variety of food items as well.

Ok I’m sorry… I went here tonight and I’m a wine person. I ordered wine and the glasses they brought out looked like 3oz. I was a bartender in my past and we gave 6 oz pours. What I got tonight was half that.

Also- I ordered a cheese board. It was $35 and the meat was sooooo gross and the cheese was only 1/2 way good. I only ate 1/4 of the board. Not to mention all of the wine isn’t on the menus so my check came out to $49. I thought “not bad”. Then the waitress comes back and says “oh I under charge you.” And it was $23 more!!!! I’m baffled. I had 2 tiny glasses of wine and a few bites of my board. Will not be back.

I can only speak to the desserts. The sorbet was delicious as was the chocolatechip cookie. Wish they had some sort of cake.
