The man that took my order was very pleasant and knowledgeable and I appreciated that since it was my first time in Howies. It was quick service and he actually served us like waiter would. Different flavored crystal was fabulous! Got the Cajun and garlic......was great!!!

The pizza was the quality you'd expect from a fast food pizza place. I had a fairly large order, and they were very quick, which was appreciated. The overall customer service was not present, and they acted like my presence was a nuisance. I would probably go again if I needed to, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

I have always loved ordering from here and have used the app for online ordering for at least a year. However, on June 3rd, I opened my app to order, and the location was set for a store almost an hour away. I changed the location to my local store and proceeded with my $64 order. An hour later, I pulled to the pick-up window, and to my complete shock, they did not have my order. I went to the app immediately and discovered that it was sent to the wrong store an hour away. I did not think to double-check it before submitting my order. I had never had this issue before. The lady at my local store suggested calling the other store and letting them know what happened. She said that they would refund it. So I pulled over and parked and called the other store. The lady on the other end of the phone line proceeded to do keep repeating that this was a very large order I couldn't just drive up there and get it I explained to her that I was an hour away they would be closed by the time I got there. This was very upsetting to me as I knew it was a large order as I had several teens at my house starving! Finally, she agreed that she would refund the money but kept repeating how large the order was. I thanked her and apologized again for the error and explained again that I did not know how that happened. I then proceeded to reorder all of the food and picked it up at my local store. So that means I had to pay for the food again. Thinking that I would be receiving a refund for the first one, I had no issue with this. However, that again was in June, and I still have not received the refund. I have called multiple times emailed several times and have received no response concerning this matter. I understand I should have double checked my order for errors, but at the same time the fact that I changed it in the app and then proceeded with the order it should not have been sent to the other store. And I should not have been told that yes, they would refund the money if there were rules against that! Now I'm not saying There Are Rules against it. I'm just saying they did not refund my money after telling me they were going to and we did not get the food. This was very upsetting is I live just like everybody else does these days paycheck to paycheck rubbing two pennies together to try to make a dime. Since they do not refund the money, I have not ordered from Hungry Howie's. So we have not had Hungry Howie's in our house since June 3rd. If they refund the money, I will start ordering from them again, but not until then!

The food is good and so is the service. The people working there is professional and friendly. I give the 3 stars strictly due to the location! I would recommend having it delivered! But other than the location, you must try hungry howies if you haven't yet!

The people that work here are awesome. They serve great food and the service is on point! But as for when you call to order you get directed to a taliban guy whom doesnt even work at this place. He is way off somewhere else and its hard to understand what he is saying...very
This particular Hungry Howies is my favorite. I really like their pineapple and ham pizza on a traditional crust. The place is always clean and well run. Staff have always shown a friendly attitude giving the place a comfortable feel while waiting on the food. The wait time is typically within reason. The pizza will be hot and made correctly. Have never picked up an incorrect order.Parking: Shares parking with ASAP and Capt D's and during lunch rush parking has been full but most of the time I have not had any problems getting a parking spotWheelchair accessibility: Has ramp and door easy to open. Reserved spaces close to entrances
Definitely the best pizza ever in town we enjoyed it...
