I ordered a pizza for delivery & it arrived incorrect. I immediately called the store & received an automated message that the store was closed for a holiday, so I could never get through the phone line. I then replied to my order confirmation email letting them know my order was incorrect & did not receive a response. So, I completed an online inquiry with the corporate office and called the corporate office to ask for assistance with resolving the issue. I was told they could not help me because the store was independently owned. All of this occurred immediately after I received my order.

I deligently called the store on 3 or 4 different days following trying to reach the owner because the managers told me they could not assist me. The owner eventually called back 4 days later saying unless I still had the pizza there was nothing he could do. I asked if he thought it was reasonable to ask that I still have the pizza 4 days later after trying to contact them immediately & repeatedly & he told me they have a same day policy...even after I restated to him my 5 different attempts to reach the store immediately after placing my order. He nonchalantly Saud it's just their policy.

My family & their businesses order from this restaurant all the time. But, we will not be moving forward. I don't recommend that anyone else does either. Just really terrible customer service.

I called this store to place an order and was transferred to the call center. The rep took my order, confirmed it as well as the location. When I arrived at the store, I believe they had deleted my order and told me that I had to place another order. I placed another order and had to wait. I called back the next day to speak with the manager that was over the managers and crew. He was so defensive, rude, yelling, disrespectful and showed no concern or empathy. Definitely not the qualities of a manager. I then called Corporate customer service to report the problem and the manager's behavior. Shortly after, I received a text message saying "YOU ARE A B!+$#, HA, HA, HA, HA." Where do they do that at? I will fight until something is done about this. Also it was a toss between Hungry Howie's and Pizza Hut. Definitely will be Pizza Hut from here on out.

I actually live closer to another location, but drive a little further for this one. The ladies on the day shift are incredible. Great customer service and the food is always amazing. Definitely recommend it.

The food and customer service is always great when I visit this location. Which by the way is quite frequently. They always greet me with a smi6. The owner Mrs. Gina is just a wonderful person. I will always go back for more.

Upon my arrival at Hungry Howie's, Amber greeted me smiling with great delight as she always does. She is professional and well-kept regarding her demeanor and appearance. After I placed my order, Gina went to town working diligently on my Meatball sub. When I got home, I fell deeply in love with her amazing creation!! Both these women are top of the line in their work ethic and communication skills. I would highly recommend this location to anyone, not just for the food.... but for the hospitality and talents of their employees! You guys' ROCK!! -**Thank You!!**

Female cashier was handling people’s food after sweeping the floor and rolling up the rug and never washed her hands that’s very unprofessional and when I called to speak with the manger she was rude before allowing me to speak with her.

This is the best Hungry Howie's in Tallahassee. They have great customer service, very friendly, and most importantly, they always make me and friends feel so welcome, appreciated, and valued. I wish I could give a million stars!!!Four years later and this is still the best HH in TLH!!!! They make you feel like family!!!

Gina and her staff are amazingg I love my visits daily with them twice a day Monday - Saturday they make my day every time with a bright smile and the store is so clean. Choosing this hungry howies over anyyy
