The Hungry Howies on Blairstone near Southwood is the best in Tallahassee. The are delicious, quick and courteous. The always have great deals on food. My family eats their pizza more than any other pizza establishment.

LOVE coming here! Anytime we come Amber is there and gives the best service! She is super nice and always makes our order to perfection. If I do have an issue then she is eager to fix it right away! 10/10 recommend! Amber deserves a raise for her service!

Manager made my Detroit style pizza like a regular pizza with the sauce under the crust. Being a native Detroiter I was highly disappointed because I wanted a slice of home. When told about it she didn't offer to remake it she just said that's how she was told to make it (LIES) so I reluctantly took it and called the store on Mahan to ask if they were doing the same thing. They said absolutely not and that the blairstone location was not the place to go lol. So I asked her to remake it and she drizzled sauce on top. This lady should not be in food service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I've attached pictures, mind you the photo of how the pizza is supposed to come is ON THE FRONT WINDOW 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️.I did indeed return the pizza for a refund because I don't eat food people play over. I don't know what her problem is. Maybe she doesn't like people of color, hates her job, or is just a nasty individual inside 🤷🏾‍♀️ if I could give 0/5 I would. If this place doesn't change managment/ ownership I forsee it being closed like the apalachee location sometime in the near future.

Terrible customer service! Messed up my order and after an employee was told to remake it, she aggressively started to throw the pepperonis and the cheese on the pizza. I asked for a refund and was told I could not get one. After continuing to ask for one t o prove she refunded my money, she pressed the emergency police button as if they were being robbed.
She told me the police were on their way and that was how they would get me out of the store. She’s definitely a liability for a lawsuit. She is awful as the manager, and so is everyone else in the store.
You can see in my photos where she reached over to press the emergency police button.
She has the receipt in her hand but she refused to give it to me as proof that she processed the refund.

They don’t do refunds if the DoorDash doesn’t bring the entire meal to you. Order DoorDash, they forgot the food and would not refund

Young girl charged my card with the wrong order. Dylan came and refunded but said he couldn’t provide a receipt, that it wasn’t possible, then adamantly refused when I said it was possible and that I needed the receipt. He was so rude, condescending, and patronizing. Said I needed to call corporate, I said no you need to call whoever to provide me with a receipt. He calls and proceeds to print receipt. While handing to me said “Does this make you feel better?” I asked if he really would be double charged and leave without receipt showing the mistake correct. He kept repeating the same words and continues to yell things at me while I’m walking out the door. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, childish…. I was supposed to “trust” this disrespectful young man that I’d get the refund. No buddy your manner was suspect and your unprofessional manner didn’t send me any “trust” vibes.

Terrible service ordered 4 pizzas was charged and then went to the store to be told they didnt receive it on their end. Even though i had receipt and proof i was charged for the order and had the correct location they made me place a new order in store and then would not even honor the deal that i paid for online and instead charged me full price. So I had to pay twice and now have to contact my bank. Safe to say will never be doing business again.

I ordered a pizza for delivery & it arrived incorrect. I immediately called the store & received an automated message that the store was closed for a holiday, so I could never get through the phone line. I then replied to my order confirmation email letting them know my order was incorrect & did not receive a response. So, I completed an online inquiry with the corporate office and called the corporate office to ask for assistance with resolving the issue. I was told they could not help me because the store was independently owned. All of this occurred immediately after I received my order.

I deligently called the store on 3 or 4 different days following trying to reach the owner because the managers told me they could not assist me. The owner eventually called back 4 days later saying unless I still had the pizza there was nothing he could do. I asked if he thought it was reasonable to ask that I still have the pizza 4 days later after trying to contact them immediately & repeatedly & he told me they have a same day policy...even after I restated to him my 5 different attempts to reach the store immediately after placing my order. He nonchalantly Saud it's just their policy.

My family & their businesses order from this restaurant all the time. But, we will not be moving forward. I don't recommend that anyone else does either. Just really terrible customer service.

I called this store to place an order and was transferred to the call center. The rep took my order, confirmed it as well as the location. When I arrived at the store, I believe they had deleted my order and told me that I had to place another order. I placed another order and had to wait. I called back the next day to speak with the manager that was over the managers and crew. He was so defensive, rude, yelling, disrespectful and showed no concern or empathy. Definitely not the qualities of a manager. I then called Corporate customer service to report the problem and the manager's behavior. Shortly after, I received a text message saying "YOU ARE A B!+$#, HA, HA, HA, HA." Where do they do that at? I will fight until something is done about this. Also it was a toss between Hungry Howie's and Pizza Hut. Definitely will be Pizza Hut from here on out.

I actually live closer to another location, but drive a little further for this one. The ladies on the day shift are incredible. Great customer service and the food is always amazing. Definitely recommend it.
