Great!!! The food was excellent. Eggs over med. Is hard to cook. Best eggs. French toast was big and delicious. Pancakes as usual fluffy and perfect 👌 thumbs up to the cook. Our waitress was sweet and good.
IHOP always acknowledges the delivery people, and they are always very polite to the delivery people. I like to pick up food there.

Worst Ihop I've ever been. No service at all. We came for breakfast but nobody wanted to bring us to a table. After 10 minutes of waiting or so we just left. And btw, we weren't the only ones.

My food was very good and cooked perfectly. The waitress was nice young lady with a great attitude. Would visit again and recommend this place.
Kid-friendliness: It was my grand baby birthday and the staff welcomed him and told him happy birthday with hand claps and smiles.
Wonderful place, even though I don't speak English, the service was great. The attendant was super attentive, kind, and concerned about my well-being. I recommend the place. I really loved having my breakfast here. Congratulations to the whole team. You guys are great. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Today at 10:10 am we came to have breakfast, the short lady working inside did not serve us and warned the other male employee to prevent him from serving us. He said that we should only sit where the short lady working in the big restaurant wanted. The brunette lady was racist towards us because we were white. We left the restaurant without ordering.

This eatery is located underneath a lot of beautiful oak trees. This said, the carpet holds the moisture from the rain, etc. Please close for a weekend and shampoo the carpet.

The worst , black mold on ceiling above kitchen. Dehumidifier running in lobby like that will help. Food is subpar
