The food was good, the waitress was nice and friendly. But the overall appearance of the establishment was questionable. The listing was dim like they were about to close in the section we were sat in. There were straw wrappers on the floor and the waitress had to double check that the table she was going to sit us at was clean.

0 Stars!!!We went to IHOP on National Pancake Day. We waited ten minutes to be seated and there were only a few customers in the restaurant. Then, someone came to take our order, but we ended up sitting at our table with not even a glass of water for 30 minutes. Looking around--again-- very few customers in the restaurant, and all of the surrounding tables were covered in dirty dishes. Sadly, we left without anyone ever coming back to our table to check on us. My husband had taken me to this place on this day as a special treat because it was National Pancake Day. This is not the first time we have had slow service here, but this time, we did not have any service!! Doubt we will be going back anytime soon.

This is by far the best IHOP in the state of Florida hands down ?! They not only have excellent customer services skills that make you feel at home with the family but also the food is cooked to perfection that goes above and beyond the norm. I would most definitely recommend to everyone and come back again ?

Took 10 minutes to be seated, 15 minutes for a waitress, another 20 for our food. My food was cold. Our waiter never came to check on us or ask how anything was. We spent $45 for a Bacon omelet, and the Famous pancakes breakfast including a $5 tip that didn't think was earned. I'm a Manager of a fast food restaurant and this place was horrible.

We went in yesterday, and no one ever helped us. No host was no waiter, so we just left and went down the street and ate at a Mexican restaurant called Jalisco, and it was good.
