I ordered a Gluten Free chocolate chip cookie for my partner with celiac. After eating it he had a reaction and ended up sick after the cookie. The friend that I came with pointed out that the employee did not change the utensil used to pick up the cookie and did not wash her hands or use gloves. I understand that cross contamination is always a risk but employees need to do better to reduce the risk. Never coming back, if you have dietary restrictions don’t come here.

In my opinion, the cookies here are better than Crumble. They're soft, warm, and practically melt in your mouth. The ratio of ingredients like chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, and etcetera are perfect. I really enjoyed the brownie, too. Although, the cookies were better. The service was great. The cashier was very nice.
Waited too long to get order. Fell asleep waiting. No notification it was here, just a picture. By the time I woke up and realized, there was ants and bugs over the cookies and ice cream was melted. No stars deserved. Only had to, to share post.

This is the first time I've ordered from this place and I don't think I would order delivery again. It took more than an hour to get my order, which seems like too much time (about an hour and 20 minutes). I only ordered 4 cookies and a brownie. Among the things I ordered was a "sugar" cookie that had some kind of salt or something similar on top. I didn't like it, I was expecting a sweet cookie (obviously)not a salty one.
The cookies were delicious and rich in taste. Cheaper than some other big name places but a little more than others but worth it.

Dietary restrictions: Accommodated for my allergy to coconut! Got a new spatula and made sure that there was minimal cross contamination (didn’t guarantee it but did her best, I prefer honesty when it comes to allergies that way it’s my choice to get the food) Checked the recipes on all of the cookies and let me know if any I wanted were on the same tray as the ones with coconut! I really appreciated their honesty and politeness when I asked about it!
