To start the prices where way higher then local competitors. Then I order a 2 scoops of ice cream with a deluxe cookie for 9.75$ and I get home to eat it and they did not give me a cookie. I called the location and they said I could come and get the cookie.... not driving 15 minutes to go get a mid cookie when I can go to better places for cheaper.

I had an issue with my order I placed via insomnia’s Instagram which was transferred to DoorDash delivery. Upon receiving my order late , I received the wrong milk flavor, one of the two boxes were not sealed, and in my other box I was missing icing. The purpose of this DoorDash order was to save me a trip to the store however I still had to drive to the store to get a refund and to have my order corrected to only come home to another issue - I took a bite into my cookie and almost swallowed an unknown thin transparent material that was different than the wrapping paper placed at the bottom of the boxes as shown below BEWARE!

Pricier but oh so good! Two sizes to choose from big or small. Many flavors also. Great hit at any party!Highly recommend you try.
These cookies are kind of pricey! They are equivalent to Mo Cookies and Crumble Cookies but they are my favorite! Especially the double chocolate! Yum!

Delivery driver never knocks nor ring the doorbell. They literally sit the cookies on the ground outside and you’ll never know how long it’s been sitting because they don’t notify you! This has happened twice since I’ve ordered from them.

Customer service is great, cookies are always warm and fresh. I love that they also have Oat Chocolate milk! Delivery is always incredibly fast.
