I have visited this place twice and I loved it. They have the best restaurant decor in town. Whoever the owner is, he really did decorate that restaurant to impress. The drinks were on fire and the service was great. Outside of that, I do think they need to step up their game in adding more spices to their food. I didn’t think the empanadas were flavorful at all

I was greeting quick by the bartender (Mitch). Mitch was very observant to my needs and made sure to be around if I need anything l. The taste of Miami does have the prices of Miami but you are paying for an experience.

This restaurant is listed everywhere as being open at 12pm. We arrived at approximately 12:05 to a closed building. Chairs were still stacked up inside, tables were on top of each other. As we were standing outside, an employee walked up from the back and I asked if they were open today. He stated they would be in approximately 15 minutes. We waited and by then they were opened, though were still very much in the middle of completely setting up. We had six in our party, were promptly seated, but then given only two menus. And then, even though we had already waited 15 minutes and were the only table there, no one approached us again for another ten minutes, even though there were multiple employees.We didn’t get much food, but what we did have was good. Friends said drinks were spectacular. It really is a shame that this place seems to operate so poorly because it’s decorated beautifully and seems like a lot of fun. They also add an automatic 18% gratuity to all tabs - not just big parties, but literally every tab - and I find that ridiculous. Especially on a day like today when service was abysmal.

HORRIBLE customer service I wouldn’t recommend this place to a rat. Was denied service and told my ID was fake, even after showing the owner additional proof and my passport his response was “oh I don’t want to” serve you? Had to report them to the Division of Alcoholic beverages and tobacco and other boards because you’re refusing me service but I see people that I know for a fact are underage drinking… Owner is beyond disrespectful and racist. If you actually want to be treated with respect don’t go here. Especially if you’re an African American female.

i received horrible service from the owner, I went for happy hour and was told my driver licenses is fake, then was told i can’t get a 21 band because he simply didn’t want to. This was my first time here i am very disappointed with this service.
