Ordered a Ruben and got a what was just a sandwich with just fat off of the pastrami with nothing. This place not only got the sandwich wrong but sent me a sandwich with just fat and bread. Never again

The food at Jason’s is really good, I enjoy it very much. Went there today for a take away order. The front glass doors were disgusting, I didn’t want to touch it to enter the restaurant. I don’t think it has been cleaned all week, the glass had so many finger prints and boogers on it :(. I walked in and no one was in line. 3 people behind the counter saw me, but they continued their personal conversations and purposely kept me waiting. Finally, someone comes out to help. That gentleman was very polite and handed me my food. Pretty disappointed. It will be a while before I go back there. I should have asked for my 20% gratuity back.

i love jason's deli so much, i'm currently injured and a man that works here gave me a free strawberry shortcake. there is also FREE ice cream here. the food is magnificent. you need to come.

I usually love Jasons deli. And never have to check my food. I asked for no bacon bits. And now I can't even eat this potatoe because all the bacon I took off had the cheese all over it. So I was left with basically just a potatoe and butter. Even the sour cream came up with the cheese and bacon!

First time diner today! The food was excellent, the staff was very nice, and particularly clean! Gabriella was great at assisting with my questions and very friendly! Will definitely return!

Use to love this place! They use to make sandwiches fresh. Last one i had was microwaved, because the edges of the bread were even so hard to chew. Last 2 times they did not add the thousand isle dressing. Second time I caught them and asked if they included it. Answer No! Would you want it on the sandwich or side? Said sandwich! It was so thin and plus the microwaved sandwich was just nasty. Thanks for the great sandwiches you use to make, but down sizing your ruining quality. Good luck, I'm sure you will be another empty building in a few years.

Got the Shelly chicken salad sandwich combo, the chips they gave me were super stale an not consumable, and I bit into something so hard in the sandwich I thought it chipped my back tooth because it left me in pain for an hour, did not continue eating it. Wild berry tea was incredibly unsweet as well. Only thing good was the pickle… Though it is local to me, I never eat here and will likely never again. This is why.

I had delivery years ago and remember how good the food was, so when my lunch date suggested we try it I was interested to see if my memory was correct. It was!! My friend had the salad bar and it looked amazing (she was VERY happy), and I had the Reuben... look at the serving of meat I put in my bento box because I was full on a half sandwich. Don't forget the free ice cream per Eric. Shout out to the wonderful service and friendly service Eric provided to EVERYONE! Eat at Jason's!
