Went inside to order and employees kind of just gave us this awkward stare while we were looking in deciding what to order and just stood there staring at us. I literally burst out laughing because they would not stop looking at us and it was really funny, but none of them really smiled, even though I was just filling in the awkwardness. otherwise good Italian ice and good service.

Generally I would give this location a 5 star review . Unfortunately today when I brought my family out for some Italian ice , it took way longer than usual to get our order, but this time our order came over 1/2 melted . You would have thought we ordered milkshakes . Also the young lady at the counter had a very confrontational attitude. We have never experienced this at Jeremiah’s before. Hoping the next time we come , we have our normal experience prior to today. We come once a week for a “family treat “ and would love to continue our “tradition” per se .
