UPDATE 10/21/25:
I went in today and placed an order. Normally, the service is exceptional and I have zero complaints. However, today was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
I went in around 1:20pm today (October 21, 2025). I placed my order, and the man preparing the sandwiches asked me ONE question, which was “Did you want the mayo and bacon?” I replied yes. I was then rang up before my sandwich was made by the lady at the register.
I paid for my sandwich and I severely regret it. My sandwich was made “Mike’s Way,” and I was not asked which toppings I wanted on my sandwich. I told the cashier that I wasn’t able to pick my toppings and asked if I could get the onions and tomatoes removed. The man got annoyed, but unraveled my sandwich and began removing the onions and tomatoes. I then asked if I could get pickles added on, and in a very rude and mocking tone he asked “anything else?” I said, “no, thank you.”

This man proceeds to sit here and over-explain what “Mike’s Way” is, and is speaking to me like I’m his child. I told him, “sorry I just heard you ask if I wanted Mayo and Bacon.” He proceeded to sit here and ARGUE with me, that he asked me if I wanted it “Mike’s Way,” not if I wanted Mayo. I’m insistent that he only asked me if I wanted mayo, then ALL OF A SUDDEN he ACTUALLY asked me if I wanted it “Mike’s Way” after that initial question. Which, by the way, HE DID NOT! He persisted on arguing with me, until he just said “Whatever” and waved me off.

I’ve worked in the fast food industry before, and I’ve also been in customer service for years. I HATE being that person that makes adjustments or causing an issue. However, I had to raise my concerns this time around. I try to be as apologetic as possible.
Now, let’s say in some alternate reality that I did say I wanted my sandwich “Mike’s Way.” Why are you arguing with customers? Having a superiority complex and working in customer service does not mix well.
Extremely childish behavior, and I’m not happy that this experience ruined my perception of Jersey Mike’s.

And after all of this, I finally open my sandwich, and it’s got the WRONG BREAD!!! I asked for Rosemary Parmesan and I got White!!!! HOW does this level of inconsistency even happen!! I should have NEVER paid before my sandwich was even made!!

This location is a greatest, never a complaint! Zoe is the absolute sweetest and has the best customer service every single time!

Tossed my food across the counter, gave me the wrong drink. Place sucks. Only reason I’ll continue to go here is because I work close by. Do better Colby or Kolby whatever your name is, get the little white kid with the attitude & ear piercings out of there.
