Excellent!!

This location has completely turned around thanks to Colby and the new crew. These guys go above and beyond to ensure you get a great sandwich and top notch service. As soon as you walk in the door the vibe is super welcoming. As a local we visit at least once a week and never have a bad experience.

Get there before your order is due or some broke dork will swipe it. Staff is great though. Quick and efficient.

Worker on his phone texting and taking pictures of his coworkers then proceeded to cut the meat for my sandwich without changing his gloves. Then the employee that made the sandwich rang it up with the same gloves on that he used to make my sandwich. Some retraining is in order or a visit from the health department. If they’ll do this right in front of a customer…..???

I wanted to take a moment to thank Jacoby at the W. Tennessee street location for his excellent customer service when I called with a question about an online order I wanted to place. I appreciate that even though it was in the middle of lunch time, he didn't rush me. He patiently listened and resolved my problem. He was delightful and professional. I wish all public forward facing employees were like him. I also visited this location on 02/22/2025 and received absolutely great service. The employees were not just completing orders. They offered a pleasant interaction when I entered the store and honestly, it was quite refreshing to receive. So kudos to this location. I always have a smooth visit. My order is always correct. The food is fresh and delicious. And the store is always clean, unlike Chipotle a few doors down. Yeah I am calling Chipotle out. The inside often looks like a trash dump with food all over the tables and floors. Awful! But back to Jersey Mikes...The prices are reasonable. Great over all value. Please keep up the good work.

Placed an order online and came in an hour later and it still wasn't ready and then was told they didn't have a part of my order

I got a delicious sub from Ethan the other day. It was made perfectly and the service was excellent!

Cobe was very kind and hard working. He worked through the lunch rush super efficiently, while being the only one there. You can tell he is happy to be there.

The managers Colby and AJ are courteous and super helpful. They both made sure my order was timely and the food was delicious. All food is made fresh and with excellence. I definitely recommend Jersey Mikes on Tennessee Street, in Tallahassee Fl!!!
