The managers Colby and AJ are courteous and super helpful. They both made sure my order was timely and the food was delicious. All food is made fresh and with excellence. I definitely recommend Jersey Mikes on Tennessee Street, in Tallahassee Fl!!!

11 Oct 25 - Outstanding friendly customer service. The staff was warm, friendly, and inviting. Had a few of us laughing. Fast with service and made the exp very enjoyable which is hard to do with most fast food places. Will come back with a staff that friendly!

Over priced , basic , not really worth it make better subs at home..

I ordered the big kahuna cheesesteak with extra meat, and my sub, upon further review, met my expectations. Honestly though, I wish it had been spicier.

The open sign is on at 9:02 I walk in two people see me don't say anything but I walk and stand to order behind the guy who walked in before me for them to tell me that they're closed already

Ordered through door dash and got a call from dasher because Jersey mikes was saying they gave my food to someone already. We never got any food. Someone got on the from Jersey mikes acting like it my problem. I told him he needed to make sure they confirmed order before the dasher leaves. So they remade order but when got only half was there and we waited another 45 mins for food. So really slow service and don’t care about customers at all.

Took 45 minutes for them to do 3 sandwiches. The guy on the hot grill was just screaming and yelling about hating his job. The entire time he burnt my sub. 2. It looks like a burned victim's face. Didn't listen to any of the options that we Wanted extra on the subs. Asked us 4 times if it was regular or giant. Didn't even get our receipt.

Ordered online. I got a chicken Philly, added mushrooms for a 1.70 up charge. I did not get the mushrooms I paid for. Overall pretty good but when I request mushrooms for an additional charge, I expect them.

They make everything fresh as can be, which is good, but the guy forgot to print my ticket or whatever tf happened, and I waited 35 min or more, for a half a cheesesteak...and there was as much bread, if not more, than there was filling.

I spent $30 on two sandwiches via online order and both were wrong. I get there and still have to wait 30 minutes for my second sandwich because "the bread was being baked". My first sandwich had been sitting in the bag since I arrived. I get home, and nothing I asked for was on the sandwich. The meat was wrong and everything. I happened to see the grill cook making the second sandwich and asked him to remake it because it was also wrong. No one even care to look at any of the instructions left on the online order. This location gets every order wrong and I will not be returning. In general, do not go to any place that prepares food in this town unless you're willing to watch them make it. They will cut corners and are only there to get a paycheck. Please shut this location down or hire completely new staff. Trash.

Took at least 20 minutes to get sandwich. Asked for bread to be toasted but it wasn't. Someone came in after us and got their sandwich before us. Ours was left on grill too long and Philly cheese steak was overdone. Such a shame. Jersey Mike was our fav sandwich place. Not after this experience. ?
