Jersey Mike's on Mahan has become a favorite for my office! Occasionally, I need to order something quick and easy for lunch meetings for my office and Jersey Mike's is our go-to! I will place an online order for 10-15 subs and when I go to pick it up, the orders have always been right on time, packaged neatly with each name written on the subs for my convenience (thank you!), as well as great quality subs that taste amazing. I've never heard a complaint from my office mates - only praises! Even with a large order where there is understandably room for human error, I still have not received a single sub that was made incorrectly. My office loves this location and we appreciate all the employees there!

If you visit the one at w Tennessee st. N call st , it's a whole better. There they don't over cook your Philly cheese steak and when it's done .they give to you n not set on counter next to grill with all other orders or go ask for like i had to .or you could wait for it.

Let me start by saying the Mahan location has always been one of my favorites in the Tallahassee area. The service, food, and cleanliness have consistently been top-notch, which is why it’s disappointing to leave this lower review.

Last night, I placed an online order and arrived at the store at 8:44 PM — well before the posted 9:00 PM closing time — only to find all the doors locked. I could see employees inside already cleaning and finishing their closing duties. I understand everyone wants to go home after a long shift, but locking the doors early while customers are still expected doesn’t reflect well on your service standards.

After waving to get someone’s attention, an employee eventually let me in and asked if I was picking up an online order. I confirmed I was, and while I appreciate being let in, it was clear he was irritated by the interruption. What was more surprising was that he wasn’t wearing a Jersey Mike’s uniform — just a t-shirt and jeans — which felt unprofessional.

As a retail manager myself, I would be very concerned to find out my team was closing early simply because they wanted to leave. If the store hours have changed and you’re now closing at 8:30 PM, they should be updated online to avoid confusion and lost business. I even noticed several cars pull into the lot and leave, likely assuming the store was closed.

This isn’t great customer service, and I hope it’s used as a coaching opportunity. For anyone considering ordering after 8:00 PM, be aware that you may run into issues picking up your food — because based on this experience, it seems the staff isn’t eager to assist near closing time.

Went in tonight for a number 8 sub in a tub and the manager made sure he made it with care. It was so good. I love the way he was training his trainer to make every sub like it’s for yourself. I didn’t get a picture but it was great!

I came to this store like I always do and had a very bad experience the cashier manager or whatever she is Lily she put sauce on my sandwich that I clearly told her to put in the cup she was so busy rushing me asking me questions trying to rush making my sandwich that’s how she messaged up my sandwich then she wants to go back and forth about it I will NEVER go back to this location and I used to come here all the time these young people need to know they place and respect customers because without us spending our hard earned money there would be no Jersey Mike’s I will be contacting the corporate office about this situation and yes I gave her a piece of my mind she snatched my money out of my hand and still was running her mouth rudely

Food was delicious! I made a mistake on my order but Shawn went out of her way to fix it for me! Thank you!!
