Personally, this location would be my favorite out of all in Tallahassee. I love the environment and the readiness. I always order online and one of the managers that works there I think his last name is Thomas, always has my food ready for me and he is always so nice. 10/10 love this location!

So I made a quote on Jersey Mike's that is on Blairstone and Capital Circle East, which I gave a bad with you due to the fact of lack of customer service. Yet I do not want to give up on this restaurant. Which I'm glad I did not. As soon as I walked into the Jersey Mike's on Mayhan I was greeted, serve, and given delicious food. The prices is decent and the people are very friendly. My daughter had a BLT and I had a Philly steak. If you want to go to a restaurant that serves Subs this is the place to go. Let me rephrase that this is a fantastic sub and restaurant. One must go. Tell them that a good review gave you the idea.

Don’t bother ordering online if it’s anywhere near 12:00pm.This is the second time this has happened. My wife placed an order for our two sandwiches at 12:18. Got the sandwiches in my hands at 1:10. I watched a whole lunch rush pass through the line before I got my order. I don’t know how they’re choosing to process the online orders but it’s absolutely ridiculous. This time, I even went to a near by Crumbl cookies, put in and picked an order of cookies before heading over to get my sandwiches. Guess I should have brought them home too. Bet my sandwiches still wouldn’t have been ready.

I don't come to this location often, but today was an absolute mess. I hope it was an off-day due to short staffing and not their regular way of operating. I placed an online order at 11:45am with a pickup time of 12:01pm. I arrived at the pickup time and told them I was there and I was told it was being made . At 12:18pm, after seeing others receive their orders, I told them again and I heard them saying someone put my ticket in the wrong place. They then prioritized it but did a rush job and the sub was substandard quality. Again, this may have been an abnormal occurrence but I was disappointed.

Ordered thru the Jersey Mijes app ... delivered my order without the chips and gave me unsweetened tea instead of sweet ... seriously ... clearly shows that I paid for them ... she's giving me credit supposedly but I have no chips to eat with my sandwich ... never again ... garbage

It's a good place but the guy that's been doing the hot food as a late needs to pick the pace up some of us don't have all day to wait on him in a bad mood not wanting to do his job I have only an hour to eat and get stuff done before I have to get back on road other than that the staff is awesome they help you out they know my order it's just this is a fast food place not a restaurant so he needs to pick the pace up.

My Italian sub tasted good as always. But it had been a couple years since I've been to this location and it has gone downhill. The service was not all that friendly, the bathroom was unkempt and borderline disgusting, and at the cashier area, there was a wash rag bucket on the counter near the cups and where they hand you the food.
