I was just turned away by a worker saying there was no bread left over an hour before closing time. There was visible bread in the case and when I pointed it out he said it was stale. He was rude and I will never go back to this Jersey Mike’s.

Waited for over 30 minutes for one sandwich. Super disorganized, people standing around, bumping into each other. Please maintain a bigger crew or make your process more streamlined.

The food is good, but basic. Nothing special.

Now, where this location shines is appearance and customer service. The restaurant is extremely clean and maintained. Even down to there are no spots on the windows. Each staff member acknowledges customers entering and exiting the restaurant. The staff at a busy rush runs like a well-oiled machine. Each member has a task, and does it well. During downtime, members are cleaning and maintaining the restaurant and food line. Every restaurant needs to come see the way this location is operated (I can’t speak for other locations).

I highly recommend this location based on the professional staff and cleanliness.

The restaurant supposedly closes at nine, but I showed up at 8:35 at night and was told I could only have a wrap or bowl. So be aware that the staff here likes to close down early and will refuse to make you a sandwich.

I will never come back to this place!
I lost a license and this was the only place I went! I called and spoke to several managers the next day who never looked or called me back! I gave up after 10 phone calls without help

I write this review to bring attention to this branch and to help improve the quality of service. Staff used to be nice but the last time we ordered food there on June 9th 2024, we had the worst experience. The lady taking order was just rude and oblivious, walked out while we were placing an order, came back yelling she's taking care of a hot order. The person at the cashier seemed to be or act as if he was under influence. They didn't seem to be trained for the job. Our cold sandwich was Ok. The hot sandwich - cheese steak, was too salty that we had to throw it away.

Had a great experience at this location! Staff were very friendly when I walked in and used my first name during my visit and I felt it was very personable. The sub was absolutely amazing!

This location is the absolute worst in Tallahassee. Me and my coworker spent our entire lunchbreak (60 minutes) for 2 subs.The entire time the workers were arguing with each other, everyone was extremely rude to customers and no sandwiches were made correctly. A line out the door of people waiting while a man yelled, smacked his teeth, slammed food on the counter and groaned OUTLOUD at any minor inconvenience. It felt like we were a problem to be there, and we both agreed to NEVER go back. Horrible Horrible Horrible. :(

Good customer service is what I look for when spending my money. No service what I got when I visited this location. I walked in and no one was up front. I stood there for a minute and went to the other end of the counter to let someone know I was there. A lady looked at me and continued to talk with her coworker. I waited a little while longer, no one came out and I left and will not be returning.

They never attend the drive thru, so you have to go inside. They have zero customer service! I attempted to order a tuna sandwich and the person making the sandwich put a swipe of tuna on it. I asked him to put more on it and he said he doesn’t eat it so he doesn’t know how much should go on it. He didn’t give a f if I came or stayed, so I walked out. $ 11 for a tuna sandwich! This happened on 5-25-24, if the owners even care. This is the very worst of all of the Jersey Mikes in town. The employees are running into the ground.

Service is painfully slow, employees are rude. I waited 25 minutes for a mobile order that was never made. Watched employees literally throw bags of food onto the pickup shelf. I had to cancel the order and just leave, and I watched 4 other customers waiting in line walk out while I was there. Not the first time it’s been like this either. I don’t know what the deal is, but this location should be avoided at all costs. If you work in Southwood and want a sub for lunch, go to Publix.
