I got here at 8:25 pm. The store closes at 9:00 pm. Which means the employees probably got here at 1 pm but refused to serve me because they were about to close. This is the worst Jersey mikes in town.

^ I left this review 4 months ago and quit going. I decided to go back again. They made my sandwhich pretty quickly and were nice. I decided to add jalepenos to the top of my sandwhich at the end. The guy making the sandwhich left off every other topping and only added the jalepenos. I guess I need to stand there and stare at these employees the entire time they make anything. This place is sad.

I just left the drive-thru after 25 minutes of sitting there by myself before they realized nobody even recorded my order. I guess they thought I was just going to sit there and wait instead of just telling me that nobody cared enough to take my order down or to come to the window and take payment or even let me know that there's anybody inside. Sat there 25 minutes and didn't see a single person until the guy that was coming into work let them know there was somebody sitting in their drive-thru so he came and humbly asked what my order was 25 minutes ago. I'm starving. I'm angry. I'm going home

So, the sandwich was good but we sat in the drive thru for just that ONE sandwich for over 20 minutes. Never saw the lady that took our money again, but one of the workers finally came to the window and said “yall had a #16?” We said yes, he gave us our sandwich and we had to go back inside because it wasn’t cut and they didn’t give us any napkins. Considering most of the other reviews said the same thing we did, I would say this location has a problem. I don’t recommend it because of the blatantly don’t care attitudes. Even If the food is good, the customer service can quickly ruin an experience which is what happened here. Save your money for good food AND a good experience for elsewhere.

The staff at this location are always on top of everything. They can work and banter back and forth like muscle memory. Having a sandwich made this flawless and effortlessly is all you need to know. #13 Super Sub Regular, ham, cappricolo, prosciutto, provolone. Mikes way extra vinegar add mayo and pickle. Wow!

Unprofessional staff and management. My order was placed online and they didn’t print it out and prepare it. No apologies! Didn’t even acknowledge they made a mistake after I sat in the restaurant for 20 minutes waiting for an online order! Very clear nobody in this place knows what they are doing!

DON'T WAST YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE, THEY MESS UP YOUR ONLINE ORDERS ALL THE TIME. This crap of a wrap isn't what I ordered & for what I paid for it, it's not worth it. Left a bad tast in my mouth,literally. I ordered a wrap with a white wrap, I got a wheat one. I didn't ask for onions because I can't eat them, they are on my wrap; I tasted it 1st time I bit into one side of it. I asked to add honey mustard, they smothered it. My wrap was thrown together, not even wrapped correctly, just horrible. Didn't even have my blue Gatorade with my food, I had to ask about it. Can't even to enjoy my lunch because this food tastes nasy & is making my stomach hurt, have to take Imodium because I feel really sick. Will never return to this place, it has officially gone down hill.

45 minutes for them to make three subs in the evening in the middles of the week. Ended up taking everything to go because we got tired of sitting around. Hardly busy at all no reason it took so long.

I have frequented this particular jersey Mike's sube on the south side of town, although depending on what time of day entering and exiting the sub shop can be difficult. Today, my daughter and I grabbed a few subs and headed over to southwood community park area and enjoyed out subs. This particular time, I will say the sub was delicious, great quality, and quantity of the meats and vegetables, my daughter had the Turkey club,, and I got a steak and cheese. The sandwich (Sub) was of Good size and potion. Decent amount of meat and cheese. The service was decent all employees were doing what they seemed they were supposed to be, food prepping, Dr sandwich making and waiting on clients,ext. Atmosphere of the restaurant is decent, fairly quite, and humble, great place to grab a sandwich and eat in house, or go somewhere else for a mini picnic. Service was good, staff did seem bothered if a question was asked. All in all the prices have increased, but the food, quality, quantity, and service will make us go back. Good experience.
