Jersey Mike's Subs

I have had great experiences every time I have stepped a foot into this establishment. The location is always clean and staff is awesome. Shawn always has a smile on her face and very respectful. There was also another crew member that stood out to me was Kendrick who was also very respectfully and full of joy.

Absolutely amazing service that I have ever had at any Jersey Mike's! I was greeted by the staff when I walked in, in spite of them being busy. The manager and staff went above and beyond to make sure my experience as well as everyone else a great one. Kendrick made my sub with care and precision, while Shawn kept the vibe upbeat and welcoming, and BJ was doing wonders on the grill.
It's very clear that this team takes pride in their work and values customer satisfaction. Fast, friendly, and professional this is how service should be. I'll definitely be back!

Haven't stopped by to ger my favorite tuna salad in a while and also missed that great energy Market Street provides. My online order was ready to picked up and the crew is always in great spirits. I like to joke around with the manager Shawn, she keep me laughing with her amazing sense of humor. I should stop by more often...

Friendly store associates and excellent quality subs. This is the best sub shop in Tallahassee. You better believe it!

My go to for a real sub!

Had a wonderful experience when I decided to stop by for dinner after a long day. The 2 employees running the show (I was so impressed I asked their names Hailey and Jake) were super friendly and when they weren’t making subs for customers they were cleaning the dining area or doing some sort of side work (never once checked their phones!). The restaurant was very clean, food was made fast, with a smile (and short convo), and if I was the boss I would give Hailey and Jake a raise! Market st store is officially my favorite location now

Ordered online more than an hour ahead of time. Get to store during normal dinner time, and are told they are out of bread!! It will take 20 minutes to make more??? Really you had this order over an hour ago. I don't blame the very nice person behind the counter, but management needs training on planning and efficiency. A sandwhich shop with no bread???

Waited in line for 30 minutes to be told that they didn’t have ingredients for over half the
menu. Then charged full price for a sandwich that my daughter ordered, despite not having half of the main ingredients. Someone isn’t managing things properly.

My boyfriend and I came in from out of town, as soon as we walked in we were greeted and the place was so nice and clean. As we’re waiting, the employees asked us how we were doing and if we were having a good day. I live close to a Jersey Mikes where I’m from but I would drive 6 hours just to come back to this one! You guys are doing great!

Placed an order online. Showed up 15 minutes later and my order was taped on the empty bag sitting on the counter. Restaurant was empty. So I sat and waited. Watched 3 employees huddled up chatting for several minutes while my sandwich (wrap) wasn’t being made. So I just left. They called me a few minutes later to tell me it was ready and had been for a while. I have resisted making a negative post about this store several times. I won’t leave there disappointed again. Went to Jimmy John’s and was in and out with lunch.
