Jersey Mike's Subs

Only thing good about this location was the young man actually making the sandwiches. We typically love coming to Jersey Mike's but this location's employees are not customer service inclined at all (especially the large woman sitting on her computer at a table and barking over the customers to chat with other employees literally standing around doing nothing while the tables were covered in crumbs). Definitely won't be back

Best sub shop anywhere 😋 so good we never get photos! What we love is --> Jersey shore fav, Mike's way add mayo and cpr and you will not be upset! Or big Kahuna extra cheese! Also love the new 🔥 hot honey chicken!!!

Often we are serviced by a young man that’s been there for some time His name is Jacob. His personality, professionalism and demeanor are excellent. Always in a great mood and you can easily feel his like for people. Management, he’s a “keeper”!

I don’t understand why this location is even open today. It’s over 80 degrees in the building with the AC not working. The employees are trying their best to make the best of it, but it’s to hot to be stand in the over a grill.

There is nothing but expertise when it comes to the staff and food. I love it and their hospitality and thrive to accommodate customers. There is a very concerning issue with the most recent atmosphere for the staff to have to engage with while doing their best in an over heated environment inside the establishment. I would rather have a safe and healthy space for the staff to work together in while me and or my family to come and enjoy than to have an upcoming visit and hear the staff that is so joyful to visit in person with while eating Is sick from something like heat exhaustion. Please take this concern seriously for your staff and business. Thank you ☺️

Always love coming in to see the crew, they are always friendly, funny, and very attentive to all customers. Food is always fresh and If there’s a mistake they catch it or fix it immediately, I truly enjoy coming in and grabbing a bite to eat.

If you want a dirty bathroom with no soap, your order messed up, come here. In reference to this location, I wil go somewhere else for a sandwich next time.

It's so funny. Mcd's revenues and traffic is down dramatically the last two years right...they add burgers and stores but can't figure it out. Let me help you out. This store has a great staff member. This young man is so helpful, polite and kind. He takes his time to make the sandwich just right and always has a smile no matter how busy they are. He's been there over a year. Their food is fresh andclean (and darn good sweet tea). Yep! We come to this specific shop for a reason. They get our money for a reason .. guess why???

I have had great experiences every time I have stepped a foot into this establishment. The location is always clean and staff is awesome. Shawn always has a smile on her face and very respectful. There was also another crew member that stood out to me was Kendrick who was also very respectfully and full of joy.

Absolutely amazing service that I have ever had at any Jersey Mike's! I was greeted by the staff when I walked in, in spite of them being busy. The manager and staff went above and beyond to make sure my experience as well as everyone else a great one. Kendrick made my sub with care and precision, while Shawn kept the vibe upbeat and welcoming, and BJ was doing wonders on the grill.
It's very clear that this team takes pride in their work and values customer satisfaction. Fast, friendly, and professional this is how service should be. I'll definitely be back!

Haven't stopped by to ger my favorite tuna salad in a while and also missed that great energy Market Street provides. My online order was ready to picked up and the crew is always in great spirits. I like to joke around with the manager Shawn, she keep me laughing with her amazing sense of humor. I should stop by more often...
