I placed an online order over 24 hours in advance for just 6 subs and it STILL wasn't ready on time. I have never been to a Jersey Mike's that was fast, but good grief this is ridiculous. Why am I watching them start my sandwiches now?

Got a catering order from here yesterday. The staff was incredible. Made sure we have 2 of the sauces in the catering boxes including napkins, chips, and a cookie. The order was also completed in a timely manner! I would absolutely recommend this location for all your catering needs!

They can't answer a telephone to save their lives. Tried calling to delay an order by a half hour. No response. Zero cares by the staff. Do better

Only thing good about this location was the young man actually making the sandwiches. We typically love coming to Jersey Mike's but this location's employees are not customer service inclined at all (especially the large woman sitting on her computer at a table and barking over the customers to chat with other employees literally standing around doing nothing while the tables were covered in crumbs). Definitely won't be back

Best sub shop anywhere 😋 so good we never get photos! What we love is --> Jersey shore fav, Mike's way add mayo and cpr and you will not be upset! Or big Kahuna extra cheese! Also love the new 🔥 hot honey chicken!!!

Often we are serviced by a young man that’s been there for some time His name is Jacob. His personality, professionalism and demeanor are excellent. Always in a great mood and you can easily feel his like for people. Management, he’s a “keeper”!

I don’t understand why this location is even open today. It’s over 80 degrees in the building with the AC not working. The employees are trying their best to make the best of it, but it’s to hot to be stand in the over a grill.
