First they fire the BEST delivery guy theyve ever had and I know, im right down the street and been ordering there almost twice a week. Lately it's always something. They new manager was rude, snotty and well ....i cant say what i need to. He needs to be fired ir washing dishes

Ordered my food through DoorDash ended up getting a Jimmy John delivery guy. He was very rude to me after mistakenly putting in the wrong address. Once food was delivered there was no apology or a welcoming vibe from him.

Do not order from this Location. I submitted an order for ONE sandwich at 11:19, my office is four minutes away. After 30 minutes, I call the store and was told there are 2 orders ahead of mine. An hour and 6 minutes after the submitted order, I call again. It's still not on the way, so it was canceled. The manager in no way tried to make this right. Shame.

I had a large order of 12 sandwiches and wraps. The food was good but we were missing a wrap even after I counted and asked them to check. They assured me I had everything. I was feeding camp staff and didn't have time to go back.

This is one of my favorite Jimmy John's of Tallahassee area. It's always neat and clean everything is always fresh. Spell the breads always wonderful going in and it's just the kind of place you like to go in and sit down and eat for a little while watch the people go by

I have come to this location many times, it is very clean, quick, and easy. However today, when I brought my service dog with me, I was told I am not allowed in with dogs regardless of him being service animal. This is against the ADA and the employees as well as their supervisor need better education regarding pet policies. Safe to say, I will not be going back. I did not have the energy to teach them about the current laws so I left without argument. In the future they better hope a Karen doesn’t have a the same problem I did today. It could be very troubling for Jimmy Johns as a company.
