Do not order from this Location. I submitted an order for ONE sandwich at 11:19, my office is four minutes away. After 30 minutes, I call the store and was told there are 2 orders ahead of mine. An hour and 6 minutes after the submitted order, I call again. It's still not on the way, so it was canceled. The manager in no way tried to make this right. Shame.

I had a large order of 12 sandwiches and wraps. The food was good but we were missing a wrap even after I counted and asked them to check. They assured me I had everything. I was feeding camp staff and didn't have time to go back.

This is one of my favorite Jimmy John's of Tallahassee area. It's always neat and clean everything is always fresh. Spell the breads always wonderful going in and it's just the kind of place you like to go in and sit down and eat for a little while watch the people go by

I had to work through lunch, so I decided to order Jimmy Johns. I have never ordered at this location, but it is within 5 minutes (.7 miles) of my office. I placed the order at 11:48. I called to confirm the order at 12:11 and was told they were on the way. I called again at 12:31 and was still told they were on the way...now almost 45 minutes later. My order was delivered at 12:55, over an hour later, and didn't even have the correct drink. I understand that staff shortages are occurring and/or new hires may take a while to "learn the ropes" (I say this because my delivery guy said "he's new to town," however, this was ridiculous. I will not be ordering from here again.
They seems to care a lot more about their delivery orders than the people in the store. I've been in here for 45 minutes wait for a to go order. Nobody is making subs everyone is just standing around. Confused and probably won't be returning to this location.

I have come to this location many times, it is very clean, quick, and easy. However today, when I brought my service dog with me, I was told I am not allowed in with dogs regardless of him being service animal. This is against the ADA and the employees as well as their supervisor need better education regarding pet policies. Safe to say, I will not be going back. I did not have the energy to teach them about the current laws so I left without argument. In the future they better hope a Karen doesn’t have a the same problem I did today. It could be very troubling for Jimmy Johns as a company.

The fastest service I have ever had. I wasn't even done paying and the sandwich was already made. And the speed didn't take away from the quality either it was still amazing.

Worst Jimmy Johns ever. This is the second time I have experienced horrible service. I have ordered my Jimmy Johns 40 minutes ago and it has still yet to be delivered to me. I would just recommend ordering normal take out or something through Uber Eats or Postmates if you are going to be waiting this long to get your food.
