Delivery people come begging for tips when they drop your food off. If you ordered online , then you don't need to sign anything. That's their little game to make you feel like you should give them something else. Another woke company, I will not participate with any more. I canceled an order and yet still got charged for it. I'm still waiting for it to come off my bank account. If it doesn't, I will be in contact with the main office.

I always order from this store off of the app and I never have a problem with the food and the people who prepare my food but today I ordered a repeat order for the first time and I didn’t realize the tip I normally give didn’t apply to it too. It was an honest mistake and when the man pulled up to deliver, he pulls out the wrinkled receipt asking me if I have a way to sign it but I didn’t have a pen on me. I apologized and he was a smarta** telling me to enjoy my food while rolling up his window and driving off. I had a $5 bill in my phone case to give to him because while waiting the 20mins for him to show up from less than 2 miles away I realized the tip didn’t apply. I’ve never had anyone act that way over a $2 15% tip and would customer service lessons for people like him. People make mistakes, don’t assume and be rude expecting anything more than a verbal tip.

I ordered from them got my food and my pickle had a bite taken from it. Called and they told me "it was a factory defect" on a pickle. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN !!!!
So I came here tonight because it’s closer to my home. I usually go to the Thomasville rd location. However, Lacey the manager on duty manager was very rude, short, and impatient with me tonight. She seemed very frustrated at what I wanted and requested which is really simple.. An original combo — not hard at all. Its not that hard if you’re listening. If I’m a customer, I should be valued.. I’ll make sure to not come back to this location and tell all my friends in Tallahssee not to as well. The sandwich is very dry.. Worst service and food ever. They will be reported to corporate!
