I’ve been coming to this Jimmy John’s for the last two years and used to enjoy it, but lately the service has been really disappointing. Yesterday I ordered through DoorDash and when my sealed bag arrived, almost everything I ordered was missing except the sandwich. That means the store didn’t pack the order correctly.

When I called to let them know, I was basically told there was nothing they could do and that I had to go through DoorDash. The problem is, DoorDash doesn’t always give you a refund for missing items, so I was just out of money and food.

I decided to give them another chance today at lunch, and once again things were missing from my bag. It’s really frustrating to pay for food you never receive, especially when it’s not even that busy.

I don’t normally write reviews honestly, I always thought it was kind of corny but after two days in a row of bad service and no accountability, I felt like it needed to be said. For a place I’ve been loyal to for years, this is truly disappointing. And please, spare me the copy-and-paste automatic responses. What customers need is real accountability and better service.

Slowest drive through ever!!! Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through line after placing an order already online! Needs to be run more efficiently because I don’t have 30 minutes just to kill, Jimmy John’s!

Put in a pick up order gave them plenty of time before I came to pick it up, walked in told them my name and that I was there for a pickup, he finds the receipt and says “ okay I have to make it” while he has almost 7 receipts just sitting there of subs that need to be made, not a single person was there besides the worker and me like come on bro. Do your job.

Food is very good but drive thru staff is rude! I think someone named camilla should really work on her customer service & not bad mouth guests in front of them in the drive thru. And those awful piercings have to be against dress code. Otherwise great food!

I ordered lunch today, and they manager I believe it was told me there was no delivery drivers, so he delivered it to me himself!! It was fast and he was very kind. The food was packaged efficiently and tasted amazing!

Delivery people come begging for tips when they drop your food off. If you ordered online , then you don't need to sign anything. That's their little game to make you feel like you should give them something else. Another woke company, I will not participate with any more.
I canceled an order and yet still got charged for it. I'm still waiting for it to come off my bank account. If it doesn't, I will be in contact with the main office.
