Just waited over 20 min from time I got to the drive through order box to getting my food. Marketing says freaky fast but for a sandwich drive through, 20+ minutes is entirely too long!
Added bacon to my sandwich for additional 2.00$ Sandwich showed up without bacon. No big deal will just eat it without and call to have the 2.00 credited back to my act. They state they can not refund my 2.00 but can bring a new sandwich if I return the other ( which I already started eating while waiting on hold to report the issue). Since my lunch is only 30 min and said sandwich had 3 bites gone already I actually nicely stated my disappointment and that I will not be ordering...read full review
