Completely messed up 3 sandwiches and a wrap, the receipt shows the order taken correctly, yet random additions were thrown into the wrap and no other modifications on the subs. The wrap had no modifications needed.... Order was taken 9/30 at 6pm. Just bad 👎

I’ve been using this Jimmy John’s for years and have always been happy. They rarely make mistakes and the food is always what I’m expecting. The delivery people are always friendly and nice.

I ordered food today, waited for a while, it had been an hour and still haven't been delivered even though I called, and they said it was on the way. I saw two drivers come in my office complex to drop of food for someone else and not one of them was my order. This is not the first time this has happened. I will not be ordering from this store ever again. Good luck if you do.

Just waited over 20 min from time I got to the drive through order box to getting my food. Marketing says freaky fast but for a sandwich drive through, 20+ minutes is entirely too long!

You get what you get, but the bread was hard and the guy working was slow and horrible. I'm sure he would rather be anywhere, but I can't really blame him. Not terrible in a pinch, but probably won't be back to this location for a while.
