Food is good for what it is. But I should know better by now I won’t get everything I order. Delivery is always a miss with this store. Don’t order combos and then an extra side. They will screw one of the two up.

There were only 2 people working (12/22/24) in a clearly understaffed restaurant. They kept great attitudes and got orders out as quick as possible. Very impressed as these two worked through a jammin lunch flow.

My experience with this chain is they are very over priced. The sandwiches for me are not that great. When visiting this location I have had one good experience with the order taker. The rest are rude and short. I would not rec this location.
This one has messed my order up the last 3 times I’ve been. I don’t even ask for anything special. Too expensive for that to be happening.

Ordered a sub for delivery, no mayonnaise clearly stated on the ticket. I despise mayonnaise with the fiery passion of a thousand suns . When it arrived, I opened it up and bit into an absolute mayonnaise slathered mess. Unsalvageable. Whatever, I threw it out, found something else to eat, and reached out to Jimmy John's to find a solution. They said they would refund my money and, to wait a couple days for it to post to my credit card. Two weeks later: still nothing. Called the restaurant, was told the manager would call me back, still hasn't. Nothing like paying 22 bucks for a glob of Mayo.
