Just waited over 20 min from time I got to the drive through order box to getting my food. Marketing says freaky fast but for a sandwich drive through, 20+ minutes is entirely too long!

The lady that took my order was SO rude and i paid 14$ for a club but instead i got a turkey sandwich with mustard and cucumbers and it tasted like tuna it was disgusting! I've never had a bad experience at jimmy johns except this one. Gross.

I’m so glad I ordered a Beach Club and paid $17 for a freaking turkey sandwich. It looks like they used my sandwich to clean off their avocado spread knife instead of actually giving me any. Absolutely ridiculous.

I asked questions about the freebie for your birthday and how I'm having trouble with the app. They couldn't be bothered and couldn't/wouldn't help me. Not allowed to give the number for the general manager. Stay away, I've never had the attitude that I received at the other jj's. Definitely watched them make my sandwich that I bought. .
So I went through the drive thru on Thursday... the lady that took my order was so rude. When I got to the window they were rude. They didn't even read back what I ordered or even said the amount of it. Then looked at me funny when gave rolled up change to her... If you don't want your to do your job correctly or don't want to deal with ppl then quit and get another job.... The sandwiches looked like a child put it together.....

We order the Caesar Chicken wrap and it was amazing but salty. I will definitely try it again but with light dressing I guess. Best wrap I’ve had!
