I have been coming here for lunch lately since I work nearby. The guys are super nice usually, but today I placed a to go order and didn’t have the best experience. It took 20 minutes for them to make my order, and when it was ready, they just handed me my sub and said have a good one. I asked about my chips and drink, and he told me to get it myself, lol. No bag, silverware, or napkins like I’d asked for. Don’t know what was up today 👎

The speed at this Jimmy John's location has plummeted in the last 2 months. Super slow long lines at lunch time. Lots of employees inside but no one seems to be making sandwiches. Must have been a management change.

Just waited over 20 min from time I got to the drive through order box to getting my food. Marketing says freaky fast but for a sandwich drive through, 20+ minutes is entirely too long!

Store manager gave my food away to someone else after it was paid for and then called the law when I asked him to resolve the issue. All other employees were nice and admitted they gave my food to the wrong person when they talked to the manager the store manager belittled the employees and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Please help ensure your employees are not being abused by a bad manager. Please help ensure store manager is able to resolve issues in a professional manner. I will never come back and i will spread the word about this managers misdeeds.

Chicken Caesar wrap was made quickly from online order yet don't feel it was truly made with extra toppings as requested. Wrap was still alright.

Wrong order delivered, had to go pick up the correct order, no apology for my trouble, no refund of delivery charges. Really crappy experience.
The lady that took my order was SO rude and i paid 14$ for a club but instead i got a turkey sandwich with mustard and cucumbers and it tasted like tuna it was disgusting! I've never had a bad experience at jimmy johns except this one. Gross.

I’m so glad I ordered a Beach Club and paid $17 for a freaking turkey sandwich. It looks like they used my sandwich to clean off their avocado spread knife instead of actually giving me any. Absolutely ridiculous.
