So much for “Freaky Fast Delivery”. After an hour of waiting my sandwich finally arrived, but completely covered in oil and falling apart. This location sucks.

They overcharged us. When we questioned it, the girl in the window was rude and ignored us. We went inside and were told that the system did, in fact, overcharge us by adding an extra sandwich on to each meal. They said this happens frequently. This seems odd because I wonder how many times people have been overcharged without realizing and how much money has been pocketed due to this mistake.

I've had a problem with this location not making my order correctly almost every time to the point I won't leave the parking lot until I know it's okay. I normally order the number 11 with no tomatoes and light Mayo. Seems pretty simple . Need to step it up.
We literally live around the corner from this Jimmy Johns and not once have we had a smooth delivery in the last 6 months. Every single order has been over an hour wait and I have had to call to even get the order delivered to us. Without calling to find out where the order is, it just doesn't show up. There is an excuse every time. No one seems to have any idea what is happening at this store but it certainly isn't like any other Jimmy Johns in town. I even tried ordering by way of DoorDash today and then was told AFTER I placed my order that they only allowed their drivers to do the delivery. Had I known that, I would have chosen somewhere else.No idea what they're like in person but DO NOT order delivery from this place.

Worst Customer Service Ever. I ordered a meal through the app. 30+ minutes later I called to make sure the order was received & was told it had been delivered! I informed them it had not. And I was still awaiting my order. I was placed on hold then came back to ask me if I wanted a refund or for them to "resend" the order. I agreed to wait longer on them to "resend" it. 20 minutes later I called AGAIN. The man that answered claimed to be the Mgr. said it was sent out again and was delivered! (That they had delivered 2 order's to my workplace without me ever seeing them- & I was at the front desk, and 2 of my co workers must've taken my lunch 2 times now!). Then we were disconnected! (Mysteriously!). I called back and he did apologize that their phones weren't working right but never apologized that their was apparently a mistake in the delivery of my order! I asked if he had delivered both of the orders himself?. He said no, so I again, strongly told him I had been waiting nearly an hour for my order that was clearly not at my workplace because I worked the front desk and that it hadn't been delivered! He told me he would deliver the order himself. Finally he cam with my food and still insisted that 2 orders were delivered to the back (?). Ridiculous! He flat out lied. I even asked other coworkers if they had seen Jimmy John's come by & drop off food they all said No. Not sure I will continue business with them after being treated as if I was a liar when in fact instead of apologizing- he flat out lied to me to my face.
