My go to place for a frozen hot chocolate!!
Never been to a Joe Muggs restaurant. But Veterans Administration is giving away "Coffee For The Troops" made by Joe Muggs of Birmingham AL. Gag me with a spoon! I could not even finish the first cup. If the restaurant coffee is as undrinkable as this, you will never catch me going into a Joe Muggs.
Service was fine but really against the barista wearing symbols of a violent group on their face Mask. Just go plain masks at work and wear the conflicting ones on your own time.
Just walked in to get a drink. Cashier was cleaning tables with no gloves on then went to make our drinks without washing her hands, big no no.
The cashier Mrs Summer is one of the most polite and helpful people I have seen at a coffee shop.
Great coffee. Good smell in the place. Comfrotable seating and easy to access with the WIFI and tables. Service staff can sometimes be grumpy.
Great coffee, and even better service.
Good place to come and study (its within the Barnes & Nobles)
Employee's are super nice.
What a delightful little gem in Books-a-Million! I really did like this place alot and do plan on returning. The barista was very friendly and attentive, still smiling even not long before closing. The hot chocolate he made me was so smooth and delicious. I ordered a spinach and feta pretzel which I had never had before and it was excellent! Very unique pastry! I also loved how relaxing this coffee place is. Everyone should try this section when roaming through Books-a-Million. You won't be disappointed. Perfect little area to read a book or hang out with a friend!
Very handy for when we are roaming around Books-A-Million. The coffee served here is good and the service CAN be a little slow at times but very friendly. I personally recommend the Mocha but that is an individual thing. Often we will get the Egg Soufflé at Panera and then come over here for the coffee just a few steps away.
Just as my review stated: great service but the worst coffee I’ve ever paid $4 for. Maybe the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Possibly a cleaner left in the plastic jug? A strange flavor (even though it was unflavored)? No question: I will never return, which is a shame since the location is so convenient (inside books a million).
