On Facebook they block and delete your review of it doesn’t benefit them. They don’t want to refill the buffet and refuse access to talk to owner when management won’t do their job. Disgusting

We ate the buffet, I started with a salad. I ate a large salad with ranch, they did have a decent lil set of salad fixing options. Need to add to the salad bar options to make it a little better, because it's the only thing worth eating. Then to the hot bar. I got 3 chicken fingers, 1 was completely like chewing on ggissle and unedible. One fried green tomato, they were pretty good. The rolls looked apatizing, they were not, They were tough to bite, and extremely dry inside. Mac n cheese was hot n creamy, mashed were ok. Veggie blend looked terrible so I didn't try it. I think it was cheesy, chicken, broccoli and rice bake, it looked very unapatizing, but I tried it and it was ok. The chicken was not very good, another in my party ate it. This is the 3rd time I've ate at this location since they opened. It will be our last. For the times we are in, the price was ok, but if the food isn't worth going back for, we'll then the price doesn't matter.

My family ate on 10/31/2025.Good soul food. Collard greens were excellent. Unfortunately the mac n cheese was refrigerator cold, even though the steam unit was hot. I guess they had just put it on the line. Fried fish and fried chicken very good. Loved the red velvet cake slices. We will eat there again.👍🏿

There's a sign that states if party is 5 or less to find your seat first. Just as my party of 4 found a table the staff took it from us for a party of 8 stating that they were there before us. I was a bit upset about the way it was handled only because why have a sign saying to find your table first if your table can be taken away.

It was my first time visiting Kacy's' and the food was absolutely delicious and the service was fabulous. When I am back in Tallahassee I will definitely be returning!
