KFC, this is unacceptable. I purchased a family meal and received chicken that looked like it was cooked in old oil, cold fries, and no biscuits at all. I tried calling the location and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Families work too hard for their money to receive service and food like this. Please do better.

Ordered the classic chicken sandwich PLAIN and a 2 piece chicken special. Got home and the sandwich was slathered with mayonnaise and pickles as well as cold. No receipt was given. Sandwich was thrown out as I did not have time to return to restaurant

This KFC was MASSIVE and the gravy low key was amazing. They taper the flavor perfectly it just never fades
Staff is very friendly fast service and great customer service, the manger ponchita is woulnderful very friendly and out going person and another employee I want ro recognize is janeeta she is the beat always smiling and ready to help love this place

While this is a very clean KFC, the service was like ; "Take it or leave it!" They did not have any white meat and wouldn't sell me chicken only. So I would have had to buy a 3 piece combo that I did not want, that was only dark meat. They also charged me full price for the combo with no white meat. The guy in front of me wanted something very similar...just chicken, and got the same treatment he bought it, I left, and needless to say, Popeyes got my business, and I won't be back to this KFC.
