This location needs new staff. They were very dismissive and rude. They should not be telling a customer to “hurry up.” That is incredibly disrespectful and action needs to be taken. The food was not that good.

It never fails. They need entire new staff at this restaurant. None of them have customer service actually I take that back. There’s a young man by the name of Justin, who was very polite very respectful and not rushing whoever gets on the microphone especially that work tonight, February 13 with that dry unprofessional attitude need to find another job. It’s very clear that some of the employees well majority of them at this location just therefore a paycheck. Customer service definitely is not taught at this location, but then again it does stem from other things. I can’t even ask them a simple question without getting an attitude and this was specifically for the one on the microphone.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent experience at KFC, restaurant number L518167.
I visited this location to purchase dinner for my spouse and myself. My order included a hot six-piece wing meal with coleslaw on the side, a large coleslaw, and a three-piece combo. When I arrived home and removed the food from the bag, the box containing the three-piece combo fell apart and the food fell directly onto the floor.
Shortly afterward, my spouse contacted me to let me know that her chicken wings were not fresh. She described the food as very dry and tasting as though it had been sitting for an extended period. Unfortunately, I had already dropped her meal off at work, where she works 12-hour shifts, and I had already left for work myself.
I contacted the restaurant to explain the situation and was informed that I would need to bring the food back with the receipt in order to receive a refund or a remake. I understand and respect this policy; however, given the circumstances, returning the food was not feasible.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The wings were something my spouse was genuinely looking forward to trying, and between the poor food quality and the packaging issue, the visit fell well below expectations. This is also not the first time I have experienced issues with service or food freshness at this location.
I understand that this experience does not reflect KFC’s standards or brand values, which is why I chose to provide feedback rather than leave a negative public review. I hope this can be used as an opportunity to address food freshness, proper holding times, packaging quality, and management oversight to ensure customers are consistently receiving fresh, high-quality meals.

I just left and I have to say the staff was very friendly and it was clean I got my food as soon as I walked in they do have a staff member that deserves a raise I didn’t get her name but she has a beautiful smile she has a low cut fade and is basically the reason everything is running so smoothly she made my day so much better I really do hope her manager sees this she helped me so much she really is an angel please bless her

Female cashier at drive through on fri 11/21/25 failed to give me condiments after I asked for them saying the person bringing out my order would. Guess what no condiments. Gentlemen who brought out food was great. Poor customer service from cashier, good food.

Worst Fast Food Restaurant in Tallahassee! Extremely RUDE Night Staff! I was removed for asking to speak with a manager after waiting 15 minutes at the counter with not a single greeting from an employee! Then when I said something I was told that they were not going to assist me at all... I own a business myself and would have fired EVERY EMPLOYEE that was working this evening...
Great food. Good parking. Nice people Thank you. Just go.

Been here for about 40 minutes now for a bucket of chicken. The girls are arguing about which order is which and I'm just hungry. Orders some fries because chicken is taking so long.

Food was trash the chicken is rubbery and you could tell it wasn’t fresh I had chunks of I’m assuming gravy in my famous bow meaning it was old and was missing parts of my foodl. The food was awful. The RGM brownish pink hair was really sweet and understanding
