Service was extremely slow.
I went to KFC at dinner time. I think there was only one employee working in the entire restaurant. there are three sets of customers waiting for their food in side. there were two customers told to pull aside at the drive-thru. I asked the customers how long they had been waiting inside. they told me 25 minutes. I left, The chicken is not that good. I went and bought some at the grocery store.
Pure unacceptable when a family member trying to call for a workers medical emergencyand u get no calls. After 15 tries finally got a answer then female was rude as.
The manager Belinda is absolutely amazing. The transformation she had done and made throughout this KFC location. Is amazing. Thank you Belinda for your caring attitude and changes you have made. It definitely doesn’t go unnoticed!

Go in spend almost 100 on food and ask for some damn honey mustard and they charge for every pack I will not be returning also forgot a gallon of sweet tea they did charge for

Will never return to this place. Horrible service. employees very unprofessional, no greeting, behind the counter shuffling the food containers like they were a deck of cards, mind you then she began to put the ordered foods in the containers. 4 or 5 employees behind the counter I had to say excuse me 2 times before any employee came out to see what I needed. With all those eyes none seemed to be too busy to not see patrons at the counter Chicken was overcooked (burnt) I almost sent it back but with the unprofessionaliam I figured someone would get me back by doing something to it. I said what the heck I'd go somewhere else and grab a 3 piece chicken wing dinner.What a big mistake stopping here for a wing dinner. Mr Sanders family or whomever owns this place should shut it down.

Food is good but I ordered my food at 8:30 said it would be done at 8:45 when I got there at 8:50 the app said it was ready and they hadn’t even started on my order. It’s 9:10 and my order is still not ready waiting on it to finish.

App said my order was ready but when I went in it wasn't there. They were making them as you checked in, but I wasn't acknowledged until they cleared the board and I was still there. Dining room was empty and drive thru not busy. The employees talked to each other, to the lobby customers not so much. The lady that helped me however was super nice, helpful and pleasant, once she got to me.

Food was KFC quality, but no one acknowledged us when we walked, service was rude and slow. Further one of our two orders was wrong and we had to wait for someone to come back to the counter to get it corrected and they acted like we were bothering them to fix their mistake
