Only place in town for fast Louisiana style chicken and biscuits. Tables are usually clean, and great food. Just thinking the employees could use some incentive to perform better. How about an option to add tips for the hard working employees?

Although I didnt eat inside I did go through the drive through. But let’s just go to the food. I don’t expect much, but I’d hoped for a better outcome with my order. I got the new box meal they offer and well , dissatisfying, disappointed and just plain disgusting. Maybe it’s me but what happened to the quality of food at these restaurants that we grew up on. Maybe people just don’t care anymore or maybe they need to inspect the restaurants a bit more often.

Before I got out of my car, someone was at the register stood there for like 10 minutes. They made sure they never came back to the front counter to take my order. I walk out a gentleman walk in. She run to the register and take his order. I called to speak with the manager she never got into the phone I really wasn’t expecting it to cause that’s when she walked in the back as well so I took my money elsewhere. The food probably wouldn’t get enough anyways keep on ******* *******

I have visited this store multiple times, and unfortunately, I have never had a positive experience. At this point, it is very concerning that nothing has been done to address the ongoing issues at this location. The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly not only on this store but on the KFC brand as a whole.
One of the biggest problems is the management. Belinda, the manager, is extremely rude and condescending. She talks to guests as if she has no sense of respect or professionalism, and it makes perfect sense why her staff feel empowered to treat customers the same way. When leadership sets such a poor example, it creates a culture where disrespect and entitlement become the norm.

The behavior of the staff, including management, is consistently dismissive. Simple questions are met with hostility, windows are slammed in customers’ faces, and employees walk away rather than provide service. This is not just bad customer service, it’s a serious reflection of poor training, lack of accountability, and disregard for the people who support this business. Fast food is an honorable job when done with pride, but this team shows no effort or care. It is deeply concerning that despite so many complaints, nothing has changed. For the sake of ethics, principles, and KFC’s reputation, this location either needs an immediate and complete overhaul of staff and management, or it should be shut down.

They never have pot pies ready. I live around the corner and go there a lot just to get pot pies usually 7 out of 10 times I go there they don't have pot pies ready and they tell me it'll be 30 minutes. I've actually gone home. Waited 30 minutes. Gone back and straight up. Lied to me said just sold the last one. Again I'm sorry. All the employees act like they hate their job and you.

I sat there in the drive-thru for 30 minutes and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. It was around 9 pm - 10 pm. The staff were not even doing their job. One was talking to a friend and the other was talking on his/her cell phones!!

I got to Tallahassee from Texas at about 11 pm. I had to use drive through. All the employees were in the parking lot until after I pulled in. I had been wanting chicken my entire trip. I love KFC, but I guess because it was so late , it just wasn't as great as it normally is. But I was hungry and I still had more travel to go. The mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and biscuit were great. The chicken just was not. But I'm back in Texas. My local KFC is cooking it up perfectly. Still love my KFC original recipe meals.

I was a first-time customer at the monroe location & using the online pick-up order. The app tells you to wait for your food to be placed in the mobile pickup spot. However, I did just that and stood where the employees could see me, but 10 minutes later I still did not see them working on my order and I heard an employee tell the cashier I was probably waiting for a mobile order, but the cashier still did not come out from the back to help me. It wasn't until another employee told her to go help me that I heard what she clearly meant for me to hear, that she does not greet or help anyone until they go up to her register. I then walk from the mobile order line to the register line, and finally the cashier walks up to me and repeats how she wasn't going to greet or help me until I stood at the register, even though she saw me standing there for 10 minutes waiting in the mobile line. She then proceeded to tell me that due to Uber eats and other customers taking food that isn't their order, they no longer place food at the mobile pick up station so Im lucky I finally stood infront of her register because she wasnt going to help me otherwise.
I politely informed her that they should either put up a sign on the mobile station or take the mobile station down, because the app clearly states to wait at that station for your food, and I was only following directions as a new customer. She offered no apology and again stated matter-of-factly that she doesn't greet anyone or will walk up to help until a customer stands in front of her register.
She assumed I should know the app was wrong, and then acted like she was doing me a favor by making my order, instead of giving good customer service.

I guess she thinks she is teaching customers a lesson, or punishing customers for the few that took the wrong meal from the mobile counter. Either way, even though the chicken tenders and fries were good, and 2 of the other cashiers are super friendly, we probably wont go back.
