I got to Tallahassee from Texas at about 11 pm. I had to use drive through. All the employees were in the parking lot until after I pulled in. I had been wanting chicken my entire trip. I love KFC, but I guess because it was so late , it just wasn't as great as it normally is. But I was hungry and I still had more travel to go. The mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and biscuit were great. The chicken just was not. But I'm back in Texas. My local KFC is cooking it...
The manager Belinda is absolutely amazing. The transformation she had done and made throughout this KFC location. Is amazing. Thank you Belinda for your caring attitude and changes you have made. It definitely doesn’t go unnoticed!
App said my order was ready but when I went in it wasn't there. They were making them as you checked in, but I wasn't acknowledged until they cleared the board and I was still there. Dining room was empty and drive thru not busy. The employees talked to each other, to the lobby customers not so much. The lady that helped me however was super nice, helpful and pleasant, once she got to me.
