App said my order was ready but when I went in it wasn't there. They were making them as you checked in, but I wasn't acknowledged until they cleared the board and I was still there. Dining room was empty and drive thru not busy. The employees talked to each other, to the lobby customers not so much. The lady that helped me however was super nice, helpful and pleasant, once she got to me.
Only had 1 pot pie, no crispy chicken , only had 4 chicken strips but was charged for 5, coleslaw was not KFC's normal taste, took a long time to gt food after ordering, 3 couokes walked out. I have stopped going to KFC because this isn't the only
