We were driving through Tallahassee on a road trip lots of friends recommended Midtown Caboose for lunch but the second we got out of the car we smelled the BBQ and immediately crossed the street. It was SO intoxicating and lived up to the fantasies that quickly had formed in our head (and this is coming from someone who doesn’t even love BBQ/Soul all that much). I got fried chicken and my fiancé got pulled pork. Yes, there are 3 pieces of chicken in that platter and it’s all ridiculous cheap.

The ribs are AMAZING!! And most important of all is that the owner is super kind and generous!!! It’s such a gem food truck and wished that u have found it earlier! amazing human beings and amazing food!

Hands down the best BBQ in Tallahassee, FL! The owner makes their food with love and it shows! Also, a very kind person! Down-home soul food and BBQ that is full of flavor, it deserves all the praise it gets in town. If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would.

Delicious BBQ at a bargain prices. Portions are VERY generous for what you pay; I got the three-meat sampler for just under $19…it was enough to feed three people!
Smoked sausages are delish.
Service is also quick, efficient. The best place to go if you want quick, cheap, and delicious BBQ.
