I ordered a dozen glazed and 24 dots (doughnut holes). The dots were not normal so I called. I was also overcharged by $4. The dots only had toppings on a portion of the product, as if they were a regular doughnut that had simply been cut up. I called the store to inquire and they acted like I was the one who was mistaken.

They didn’t have 7/12 of the donuts I ordered; a staff member called me and said they didn’t have the lemon but they’d have the others if I waited half an hour. I waited, arrived, and discovered they didn’t have any of my donuts. I had to walk the counter staff through the order because whoever called me disappeared into the day. Finally, Krispy Kreme “DOTS” are just stale cut up donuts.
Did private equity acquire Krispy Kreme? Because it’s AWFUL these days.

I had a bad experience the other day my receipt says the employee name is shaela she was very rude had her headphones in and even after I constantly repeated my order it was wrong I won't be back
Went through drive thru, ordered 2 of the grinch dozens. Me and my sister had two sleeping babies in the back, the lady through the speaker was extremely rude. I was told that the actual grinch donut was out. Told her replacements for each box. My sisters box was handed to me on top and i just peeked in it, it was correct. Had all of the special donuts besides the actual grinch ones. Didn’t think to look in mine. We do elf on the shelf and this was supposed to be apart of it for tonight. Got home, realized i didn’t get a single grinch dozen donut but paid for it.(My husband ate one not realizing this wasn’t what i was supposed to bring home) I’m not happy with this location at all, i’ve been to several and have never had this issue. Will not be returning.
